The word of the moment is blistering.

I don't think this is going to play out the way the press is salivating.

For Shapiro, this amounts to warming to Trump. I’m glad to see Shapiro pull back from the Steve Deace full-psychosis “Hillary is less dangerous and evil than Trump” position.

Oh, you’re quite correct, but matching her performance versus his policies is disastrous politics - it’s ceding the ground to him - he can always adjust his policies but her performance is written in blood. He can change his mind on how he funds the wall, for instance, but she can’t bring four dead Americans back.

Blitzer asks if Hillary will do better in blistering Trump, than did Romney, Lindsay Graham, and assorted others who recently tried similar.

Blitzer asked Anna Navarro if Hillary was "man enough" to keep this up. Navarro said she'd have to, for the next five months. ROTFL. I think Hillary spent a week's worth of energy on that 40 minute speech. No way she can keep up this sort of clip for an extended period. Good thing (for her) the press is working for her.

Great graphic!

And the comment in the Hillary pic really highlights the extortion and graft of their Middle Eastern fund-rai$$$$ing.

Has a Democrat presumed-nominee ever had so much negative baggage?

Yes, there's an imminent retaliation and counter that will leave Hillary and her acolytes speechless.

It's a major strategic error on her part, I agree.

A rather unusual "foreign policy" speech. Hillary actually took a lot of detours away from foreign policy to jab at Trump across a wide variety of topics.

If this was intended to be a foreign policy speech like Trump's was a few weeks back, she was totally unpresidential by comparison.

She should have stuck to the foreign policy theme -- and not try to do a weak -- zero passion -- impersonation of a Trump rally.

Then again, she probably doesn't have much to say about foreign policy other than, "I will continue all the good work that Barack and I pursued". So she probally felt compelled to just fill 30 minutes.

Finally, at the end of the speech, she more or less said, "America's in great shape right now."

Oh, really? I don't think any candidate can win this year without acknowledging that Washington is broken. Trump's and Bernie's successes speak volumes about Americans wanting to see the Washington establishment taken to the woodshed.

You cannot run as an insider, Hillary. Better break out and get used to that orange jumpsuit.

If this is typical of what she can deliver in a serious speech, Trump is going to mop the floor with her.

Because any later and the bottle would have taken over. Then it would have been a disaster!

She is following the same wrong political advice Cruz and other Republicans apparently received -- attack Trump.

Cruz began nearly every response to questions with 'Donald said this' or 'Donald said that'. Clinton is using a similar tactic.

Instead, they should be saying what they are going to do. So far, all Hillary does is say how great things were under BJ. Yeah? That was 20 years ago. Hillary is using that old playbook and it isn't serving her well. She and her focus groups can't even find a good descriptive that sticks to Trump.

Crooked Hillary. Yeah, Trump found one.

Easy ad response. snipers of this speech then cut to families calling Hillary a liar about Benghazi, the fall of Libya, the reset button failure, Iran throwing people off the roof, ISIS beheading people

Because they don’t really want anyone to watch.
The media will dutifully report how great she was.
However, she better watch out for the return fire.

You mean to tell me she stopped barking long enough to form complete sentences? Sorry, failed to view or hear her speak. IF the he/she manages to make it into the oo, there will be more than enough time to make up for the pleasure of missing this performance. With Mr. TRUMP in the picture, why would any wish to see a rooster crow?

I agree, TomGuy. 20 years ago is ancient history. She better start getting her knitting kit and yarn ready. I hear the winters are mighty cold at Fort Leavenworth.
