“Ted Cruz Set to Claim Illinois Delegate Prize”
” Although the latest polls show Trump with a lead in Illinois”
Classic Cruz fan edit.

Maybe Cruz should hold some rallies in Chicago...

Keep saying you're gonna win Ted.
What about the ones you didn't win. Hell, Rubio even beat you in Puerto Rico.

Uh....if Trump has an 11-point lead, how is Ted Cruz set to “claim [the] delegate prize”?

Tomorrow will be a big day overall.
I support Ted Cruz, and really hope it gets down to a two man race. both of whom the GOPe loathes. That would be a good thing all around.
I believe Cruz can win a couple of the states tomorrow...but we shall see.
I am hoping that both Rubio and Kasich are knocked out of the race tomorrow. They are both playing to somehow become power brokers at a brokered convention and I hope that that does not happen...principally I hope because tomorrow they both lose.

One Illinois political source told Breitbart News that, in early voting, there has been a significant drop-off in people voting for a candidate, but not voting for individual delegates. In other words, people are voting for their chosen candidate for the nomination, but not completely the ballot by voting for delegates. So they have to vote for delegates separate from the candidate? And Cruz has worked this angle for months?

Nice to see you posting posting more wishful thinking since Cruz came out of the shadows this last few days to share he is full on GOPe.
Good luck with that :)

When Trump sweeps nearly everything but Ohio tomorrow, the race is effectively over.

Considering Breitbart is no longer a reliable news source, maybe the mods can do something to discourage posting from that site.

Each delegate candidate in the separate election has the name of the presidential candidates they support listed with their names.
Trump has a full slate and I think the other campaigns do, too. Its a long list because dropped out candidates have their delegate candidates still on the ballot.
Three are elected per congressional district with 15 delegates going to the popular vote winner statewide.

At least if this were a one on one fight Trump would not have to face an all or nothing campaign from Kasich in Ohio, an all or nothing campaign from Rubio in Florida, an all or nothing campaign from Cruz in Illinois and Missouti all coordinated by the GOPe. All the media attacking him coordinated by the Uniparty. It is the people against the establishment of both parties. I hope enough realize the states.

highlight the superior ground effort Unfortunately for Cruz this is an election not a caucus. Ordinary folks can vote without having to stand around in a high school gym all night.
