The establishment-Republicans are so hungry for the status-quo (the same group who have been damaging this country) that they'll risk a complete political meltdown rather than to have an outsider like Trump become their nominee. Like I said in the beginning, even in this outlier of a scenario, the real tragedy in the Republican Party is that so many are throwing the baby out with the bathwater in attacking Donald Trump so viciously. But, to question such actions, would be to falsely assume they care about the party or its cause. They don't. They care about maintaining the comfortable position of power they have attained, and they expect you to comply or they'll "burn down the house." "The house" is both the party and the cause, in favor of their power. If you corner and threaten a vicious dog, he is likely to bite.

The Thumper cannot believe that he is not universally loved.
And he threatens lawsuits to what, force people to love him?
Sure sounds like the making of a first class tyrant.

Trump reiterated his threat to sue Cruz. "I've had great success with lawsuits," he said. "I've had great success in things I do" Is he going to threaten to sue the WSJ as well?

This is a poll for the weak wobbly minded voter in South Carolina. A Hail Mary Pass from the Establishment Media to stop Trump.
Nevertheless, expect another poll on Friday from the same people saying Trump will win. They will do this to maintain their credibility and say this was just an anomaly poll.
You have one poll while every other poll has Trump dominating South Carolina. He has the same lead or a bigger lead in South Carolina than he had in New Hampshire.
Trump also leads in Independents and even cross over Democrats.
Trump has thousands at almost all his rallies while Cruz is lucky if he gets 200.
I say lets revisit this poll Sunday.
LOL! Got to love the desperation from the Establishment that’s in panic mode.

Trump once again shows that he can dish it out but can’t take it.

Last fall I got called by a WSJ-NBC pollster. After taking my personal info the rather obnoxious guy hung up on me without asking any preference questions.
I think he then answered for me.
