I find that awesome. I believe he is the kind of patriot like we are, who sees some incredible, Unbelievable, bad things happening here. And we point it out and discuss it on FR but can’t do much more.
Trump, however, must have weighed this a lot. Hey, can I do something about it? Should someone else do it, not me? I’m pretty flawed, the media will rip me apart, I’ll never get anywhere... Forget it. Not my job. But hey. No one else is stepping up to the plate. Another four, eight years of waiting for someone to get in there and do the obvious things I know need doing?? Why the hell NOT me?
And he must have gone to his family, a lot of smart adult brains there, and really thought it through. And decided to go for it. For the sake of the country. I swear to the One Above, I believe it. Sure, he’s arrogant and crazy about himself. But he bases it on accomplishments. And he doesn’t need the Presidency. I could be wrong, but I believe he was waiting for years, hoping someone would ever come up to bat to fix this mess. And it was only getting worse, and he has that unique set of qualifications: he can’t be bought and he has a very strong duck back.
