Why do you think there is across the board reluctance in mentioning checking voter registration and comparing it with other applications for benefits, licenses or IRS rebates?

Simple answer: Because we have a democrat president in charge! Democrats receive lion’s share of cotes from those types of voters. And republicans are controlled by their rich donors who also want the cheap labor express.
