So let me get this straight.

A primary season marked by abject fury at party hacks is not going to nominate the front runner, who isn’t a party hack, because he doesn’t have endorsements from party hacks, like the other party hacks.

That sound about right?

uhhh.....isn’t the point of being an outsider that you’re not the person most insiders are going to endorse?

People here don’t seem to realize how much of the “buzz” has been bought and paid for by Trump himself.

WHAT?

The "buzz" he's getting has been gratis because of what it is that he's saying, not because he paid for it.

This has got to be the lamest, most counter-factual, easily disprovable, rationalization I've heard yet!

Yeh I’m really worried that Boehner, McConnell, Ryan, McCarthy and McStain won’t be endorsing Trump. LOL!

Reagan was also hated by the establishment. Trump is not going away. When he starts winning state after state maybe Fox and the inside the Beltway boys will understand this is not like any other election year. Real republicans voters will not stand by any more and let RINOs be nominated just lose to the democrats. Here’s Trump’s 2nd amendment platform. Let any other republican running come out with one that betters this. The man is the real deal. We are taking this country back!

No, he’s paid for a ton of ads (he really doesn’t need a PAC) and also his jetting around the country. Romney did the same thing.

I don’t recall patriots asking the RINO Party what it thinks about Trump.

No, he’s paid for a ton of ads (he really doesn’t need a PAC) and also his jetting around the country.

His "buzz" has come from neither his ads, nor his appearances. He's causing such a stir ONLY because of the volume and content of the media coverage he's generating. What's setting him apart CAN NOT be directly purchased.

“What is the likelihood that Trump will be HueyLong-ed (i.e., assassinated) sometime between now and the convention? “

Both my wife and myself are very concerned about this, and yes, Huey Long is the one who always comes to mind.

That’s the option if the money-power people fail to nuke Trump and Trump obtains the Pub nomination.

My personal jury is still out on Trump, but I am concerned about an attempt on his life, a la Huey Long or RFK.
