How did they manage this without paying cash?
Because the mortgage industry has been transformed since the 90’s. They bend over backwards to do loans for illegals.
The US government is corrupt beyond the imagination of the average American.
The government’s agents can & will confiscate ANYTHING I possess if they unilaterally decide that I have acquired it via “illegal” activities. So, these ILLEGAL ALIENS are here ILLEGALLY, and they are acquiring money ILLEGALLY. They are using this ILLEGALLY acquired money to buy homes ILLEGALLY.
If ILLEGAL aliens were treated as American citizens are treated, they would have their homes confiscated.
If US citizens in jail for felonious NON violent activities were treated as ILLEGAL alien VIOLENT criminals are treated, they would be released from prisons by the hundreds of thousands.
Go out and commit a violent crime, kill someone via drunk driving. See how long you spend in prison compared to an ILLEGAL Mexican who commits the same crime.
Yet, we cannot cross into Mexico illegally and purchase land or a home.
I say they need to go.
They seem to focus on the number of 11 million. What about the other 29 Million?
One of the homes on the street behind me was recently purchased by a single female who openly states she is here illegally and insists on speaking only Spanish. She considers her four children under eight years of age as legal “because they were born in the U.S.”. Involved in a bidding war with 3 other potential buyers who had 20% down and great credit - according to the realtor. Illegal ended up paying $15,000 more than the listing price and was granted a 100% loan at 3.5% interest with no downpayment under a special government program for first time home buyers. She is employed full time as manager of a very small local restaurant which has only been open about six months.
Couple who sold the home was delighted with the extra income from their sale because they are older, not in good health and downsizing. Now we have five more illegals in our neighborhood, four new kids in the school system, and a house that sold for way over the value of similar homes in the neighborhood. Assessed value will go up for everyone else next year and taxes will continue to climb.
Not a good situation.
