Why would Trump want to be president? That’s what puzzles me.

Trump is being Trump, getting his agenda out on the front burner, at some point I think he may step aside and anoint his king.

At least this makes more sense to me.

Why would Trump want to be President? I’ve pondered that one myself. It’s that one last mountain to climb to cap off his public life, maybe he actually does care about what’s happening to this country and thinks he can help turn it around?

Why would a man like Trump want to build up such a following only to screw them over and ruin public perception of him? For some other politician? Hillary? He’s said she belongs in prison. Sanders? He’s a businessman. What good would full-blown socialism do for his business interests, his children, grandchildren?

Running to win because he thinks he’s uniquely positioned to help turn the country around makes the most sense.

I don’t get your line of thinking at all.

He’s clearly been interested in politics for decades (was a national fundraiser for Reagan), has made his billions in growing the family business, truly sees the country in need and believes he can lead us in making it great again.

And don’t kid yourself—a lot of billionaires would love to be president.

That is one of the easier questions to answer.

Trump has net worth of $10 Billion at age 69. To give you an idea how large that is, next HUNDRED generations of Trump, EACH stands to inherit $100 MILLION.

Trump is currently living a life, most men can only dream about. He lives in a luxurious penthouse, owns the best golf resorts and hotels all over the world, owns a Boeing 757 with gold plated touches for his personal travel.

Trump has raised great kids, who work hard in running his business world. Trump is married to a beautiful woman, who would become a spectacular first lady.

So what is left for Donald Trump to achieve in his remaining life? My best guess is he is dismayed by the decay going on of the country which gave him so much and which he loves. If he can turn things around, he will leave behind a legacy which he desires. That is why he is running for president. It is the only method by which he has a chance to change the direction of country.

If Trump eventually drops out and anoints a king; it will be Ted Cruz.
