Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)93% —an opponent of the secretive Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) that would fast-track the Pacific Rim trade deal Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP)—went inside the secret room inside the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday morning to read the TPP text and told Breitbart News exclusively afterwards that he believes President Barack Obama should make it public now.
The deal’s text is kept in a room behind double doors that each have signs: “No Public Or Media Beyond This Point.”
“I think the staff signed an agreement [which didn’t include a non-disclosure]—they signed in, it’s a normal procedure,” he explained. “But I wasn’t required to sign in.”

We tried in 2010 and did pretty good but should have mopped up the rest of them in 2012 and 2014. We needed a TOTAL reset ... if for no other reason than to send a message.

Not that I have heard. Keep in mind 50 times more immigrants receive permanent resident visa’s (green card) every year compared to H-1B visa recipients. 90% of those green carders have no employable skills. Most are parents of current naturalized citizens, who receive supplemental social security and other welfare benefits for life.
Al least the H-1B visa people work, pay taxes and contribute to the economy. 90% of legal immigrants are a burden on tax payers.
But less taxes and consumer spending than the Americans whose jobs they took.
We should vote every damn one of them out of office!

Dear Sen. Cruz, I find it astonishing that any member of Congress could support legislation that is under lock and key hidden from the public! I appreciate you filing an amendment to the TPP and I read it. That is NOT what we need.
What we need is the entire texts of the TPA/TPP.
I am currently a "Cruz or Lose" supporter. I signed up and have sent money but if you continue to support this ridiculous ploy of hiding agreements that affect all of us, I will be finished with my support. I am a long time member of FreeRepublic.com. We boast 300,000 members of conservative activists and are independent and beholden to no one. I see my thoughts repeated daily there.
You sir, are about to lose significant base support if this continues.

No one even came close to targeting my job, not born in USA Americans, not foreigners, no one in my firm of 1000 people. Because I out worked them all. It is amazing what persistent hard work can accomplish in USA. That is why this is the greatest country in the world.

I do not need a external temple. I believe that my temple is my inner self. It is our mind and body which is sacred. Take care of those and you too will achieve happiness.
