Jeb is where he ought to be with his “Pathway” butt. Perhaps down even farther. He really should be challenging Hillary! for the Democrat Nomination. That’s where his heart truly is.

Of the more than 1,000 readers who participated in the survey,

Garbage internet poll of readers of a conservative website.

Though this is a pretty small sample size, I think it is pretty indicitve that 3 out of 4 Reg. Republicans are solid conservative (Walker + Cruz = 76%). Still, I can almost guarntee that the GOP(e)will force feed someone else on that list down our throat.

We had a straw poll at our county convention in Muscogee County, Georgia yesterday. Results:

49 votes total:
Candidate Votes %
Scott Walker 23 47%
Jeb Bush 05 10%
Ted Cruz 04 08%
Ben Carson 04 08%
Santorum 03 06%
Huckabee 03 06%
Rand Paul 02 04%
Christie 01 02%
The rest got fewer than three votes apiece (Rubio, Jindal, Perry, etc.).
Cruz

Only way to make it better is to bring Cruz up to the same area as Walker - then we might have a chance to have someone on the ticket that the emotionally-driven can vote for.

Jeb is taking Romney/McCain one step further and not bothering to lift a finger in respect for conservatives, EVEN IN THE PRIMARIES.

I saw this once before, in California, when Richard Riordan ran for governor as a Republican. He was a very popular and successful mayor in Los Angeles, was personally rich, and looked to be a shoo-in for the governorship - the only thing in his way was the Republican Primary.

But he spent much of his Primary days explaining how he was going to bring the (state) Republican Party into the 20th century by being more ‘inclusive’ and how he was going to get the ‘religious element’ out of the Republican Party.

He got trounced in the Primary.

Trying to read the tea leafs this early is difficult. But it is undeniable that the boring uneducated SW has momentum. I am very happy for his mojo.

Grassroots support for him (Jebbie) is lukewarm at best.

I'd say that statement is a real reach considering Jebbie got just 16 votes out of 1000+.

I'm a little stuned that Carly Fiorina got 11 votes. Who wants a loser like that as POTUS?

It's clear that Rand Paul has taken over his father's role of "back-marker" in the GOP Presidential race. Finish behind him and you have been lapped.

Yes, that goes for Bush. Bush also got spanked at C-PAC.

Fiorina leads Huckabee and Santorum, in early polling.
