In the dark of the night, two weeks before Christmas, the GOP consummated their betrayal of our trust. We voted them a majority for the next two years, and they thanked us by a backstabbing so heinous, that it moved the seismic needle on the Democratic party

I can imagine his election ads had lots of American flags and pictures of his family though. Maybe even a church too!
That’s usually good enough for too many on our side.
Tennessee, District 7 votes correctly again. Now if our two A$$Hole Senator's would get their heads out or Quit and go home, all would be A O.K.
LOL! Often a picture from his ranch too.
Not true. There is almost always a conservative on the ballot.
You should try voting for a conservative instead of a republican. You know, principle.
It has the salutary effect of making sure liberal republicans get culled from that party.

Victimized by the old Grubered Boner maneuver. . . . it is about time to storm the Bastille. . . .
Trusting these politicians to do the right thing, is a complete waste of time. There are a few politicians that honored their promises to the voters, but not enough of them. The rest just put back on, the “FOR SALE” signs they had on their backs. In all my years, I have never seen so many “COWARDS” situated in one place, WASHINGTON D.C. These people are the cancer that is destroying the rest of this country. The only way that I know of, to get rid of a “CANCER”, is to cut it out by it’s roots.
Same problem here.. and the idiots in my state (the 6th is the only sanity for the most part in this state) sent Al “diaper boy” Franken back..
The GOPe kicked up a nobody to run against Franken.. Seemed like they wanted to loose. and Loose they did.
“In the dark of the night, two weeks before Christmas, the GOP consummated their betrayal of our trust. We voted them a majority for the next two years, and they thanked us by a backstabbing so heinous, that it moved the seismic needle on the Democratic party”
Perfectly and eloquently said. The total truth in a paragraph.
Also, Thornberry was selected as House Armed Services Committee Chairman, one of the most powerful positions in the House and I would imagine a big deal for defense companies here in northern west Texas. It would be very difficult for anybody to defeat him now while he’s playing nice with the GOP establishment (or becoming part of it, we’ll see).
Proof positive we need Term Limits...
One term in office, Two terms in jail.
go for the big Kahuna, march on DC to throw out the entire bunch of crooks
I'm with you, and have been saying this for YEARS. Problem is, we're not lazy, we just have jobs and such. The Founders did too, but didn't hesitate to make that sacrifice for freedom. Unfortunately, we have failed the Founders miserably, each one of us.
Oh, but they will destroy the republic at a slower pace. So, that is good.
[ I now think Bonehead is more dangerous than Obama. We simply have to replace him as Speaker of the House on January 6 before he sinks our ship of state. ]
SPLIT THE GOP into the GOP-E and Tea party parties and Install Nancy Pelosi as squeaker... Better to have a enemy we know than backstabbing so called ally....
My rep (and MANY others) voted to bring the stink bill to the floor, then voted against the actual bill.
He’s as big a traitor as Boehner is, in my book.
I get your drift....and like your idea...but, could we get Louie Gohmert as our Speaker, rather than Pelosi?
Love the graphic, can I use it?
Dear lyin’ king. You’re welcome. NOT!
My vote was to put the GOP on notice. They talk a good game. Now it is time for results. They have 2 years. I voted to change our side of the equation from ‘what will you do.’ To ‘what have you done?’ 24 Republican Senators and every seat in the House are up for grabs.
Mitch and Boehner need to realize if they want to keep their cushy majority offices, they better dance with the ones that hired them. If not, the dems will have the Congress and the White House.
