I can usually pick the worst possible candidate for the Republicans to run (McCain, Romney, etc.) but I didn't even think of Lindsey Graham. He's the next pick and the Sliders episode with Hillary as President will finally be real.

Graham will certainly not hurt a conservative, but might draw away Bush supporters. If Graham runs, he won't be there to hurt Bush. He'll do it because someone will pay him to savage a real conservative candidate. Lindsay would and will drop out before he hurt Bush.... but he'd have plenty of time to try to sabotage during the debates before that.

That would help split the RINO vote.

DC lobbyists probably have so many blackmail files on the guy they need separate buildings to store them in—maybe that is why NSA needed a new HQ in Utah.
Mute buttons on TV were invented for this clown.

I think mccain is just being a good pal and offering to support someone in their presidental run just as Lindsay did for John M. in 2008. A mixture of a vanity project and a bucket list. Mccain and daughter Meagan know this to be a trial balloon that will never fully inflate.

"Graham will certainly not hurt a conservative, but might draw away Bush supporters. I think we should also try to get Christie, and any other RINO Squish. get them split the GOPe vote for once and we can coalesce around Cruz." As I posted on a similar thread, be care full what we wish for. Graham would easily win the early SC Presidential Primary which would make him a serious candidate to win the nomination. Also do not forget that SC has an open primary, which means that Democrats could and would vote for Linda.

Isn’t it about time for McCain to retire or die off? He’s done enough damage.

Isnt it about time for McCain to retire or die off? Hes done enough damage.McCain has done more than enough damage to this country. He helped get Obama elected since he gave into the Communist, just as McCain gave into the Communists at North Vietnam. Incidentally, he parlayed his not leaving Hanoi ahead of time into a notable albeit undeserved political career.
