Tuesday on The Alan Colmes Show, former Gov. Jesse Ventura talked to Alan about a variety of topics including what he think about race relations in Ferguson, MO, the militarization of police forces, and some of the tactics used to deal with the protestors in Ferguson.
He also spoke at length about the criticisms he received from former Gov. Sarah Palin after his defamation lawsuit involving the family of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, and how he felt he was perceived as a villain as a result:
VENTURA: I see the bottom line of this is racism We still have a racism problem. Its both black against white and white against black.
******
VENTURA: You know what I find interesting, Alan? Get this. All the nations of the world have agreed they would not use tear gas against each other in war but we use tear gas on our own people. COLMES: Yes we do. VENTURA: Now how the Hell, excuse my French, did we allow that? We wont use it in war, national across the world agreed. Tear gas is illegal in war and yet we use it on our own people domestically, its shameful.
*****
COLMES: Tell me about your war of words between you and Sarah Palin. What is going on there? VENTURA: There are no war of words, what do you mean war of words, I could care less about her. I dont watch any of that stuff. So if theres a war of words I dont know about it...

He has more than a Drinking issue. He’s on the Dead pool 2015.
Re “Ventura and Colmes.. Now that is some quality programming!”
More like “Now that is a need for some major quality DEPROGRAMMING”!
Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber.
Send you kids to bed my lovelies. KC is gonna yell.....
This pisses me off so much I cannot even see straight. Chris Kyle was an American Hero. Our Top Tier
Therefore I will let this vid do it for me. WARNING FOUL LANGUAGE Not Safe for Work/Kids- This is what I think of you Ace: http://youtu.be/J3dockXbZM8?t=21s
The best thing you can do is to ignore them both. They’re both losers.
Yep, that’s it!
The Mouth of Minnesota. What a slimeball.
And All you can do is belittle her?
No Thanks.
She has a child with down syndrome. Calling her a quiter is again the same despicable threatening behavior that litteraly quit on the care of a buddy’s widow.
You know, I suppose not quiting raping is not quitting. You got to love liberal Orwellianism of scumbags.
Says a man who quit his Country and moved to Mexico. IIRC
He’s wrong about her. They thought they beat her. She is still in their faces where ever they turn. Living rent-free, as they say, in their heads.
Ventura, on the other hand, will now go to his grave as the guy who sued the widow of a Seal. And claimed to be a Seal himself. He will never shake that off. He will carry this to the end and this will be on his gravestone when he’s done. There are some sins you don’t escape.
Mugging SEAL surviving widows .wow.
I am STUNNED that Alex Jones still puts him on the radio.
I consider him a greedy clown and don’t regularly listen, but he’s on prior to a show I do tune into, and sometimes hear his voice —I do believe he accentuates his accent.
The pair of them are huge opportunists.
Fortunately, they both have faces for radio.
Go away, Jimmy Janos.
Sarah’s move to leave the Governor’s seat was the most unselfish thing she could have done.
The Lib’s were going to continue to bog her down with frivolous lawsuits, waste her time, and her money, and the state’s time and money.
Which reminds me, America needs a remedy for this kind of action, as noted by the Perry and Delay episodes.
Calling Sarah a ‘quitter’ right out of the gate tells me you have no comeback to what she said.
And btw jesse, Sarah is not a quitter. You know as well as anyone the circumstances that led to her resigning the Governors chair. Why don't you consider the nonstop, viscous, attacks and outright lies she has had to endure for what, four years straight?
It's okay to disagree with Sarah, Jesse. She can take it. But disagree on the merits.
Amen, to your post.
BINGO!
Slam Dunk right there.
Alan Colmes. Now there’s a lightening rod to the masses. Not.
