She's standing right there, but you don't see her.

The media is so corrupt, anyone of that caliber that is on the platform will be demonized and castigated and run down until the communists win again.

The leftists intend to destroy this nation, and will stop at nothing.

America has two choices.

Palin, or a holocaust.

In Republican circles there’s great nostalgia for Ronald Reagan. Thatcher is seen as sort of Reagan’s sidekick, an ally in promoting democratic capitalism and taking a firm stance against Soviet expansionism. Not to diminish Reagan, who transformed American politics in ways that reverberate today, Thatcher actually had the tougher task.

Sometimes it's as if the Soviet Union never existed, much less that we woke up everyday not knowing that we would live through the day. Reagan earned his place as the man in history who ended the deadliest war in history and has so far allowed an entire generation to live without the threat of total Global ThermoNuclear Annihilation, and I'm hoping that it will stretch into two generations.

Reagan was one of the greatest war time leaders in history.

When conservatives have finally united, there will be a real conservative leader to come forward.

America HAS its own Margaret Thatcher — his name is Bill Whittle: a mix of Ronald Reagan and John Wayne.

America has plenty of its own Thatchers but won’t elect them. We’re not that kind of country anymore.

Where would we find someone at the level of Thatcher or Reagan? I've checked MSNBC regularly, and they have never reported positively on anyone like that. Should I try CBS?

No question that Sarah Palin would be up to the job in every way. Whether the American electorate is up to choosing her is the question. And it is increasingly clear that the GOP is too corrupt to choose a strong, honest, intelligent, incorruptible leader like Sarah. They prefer their pork and perks and have completely abandoned the principles they once stood for.

Well, it took extraordinary circumstances to get Maggie Thatcher into office, and the Conservative Party kicked her back out as soon as they could. Still, she put England back on its feet and played her part in ending the Cold War.

Must dispute this claim of Reagan Republicans. As a Thatcher Conservative it is clear to me that Reagan was her sidekick. ;-)

All joking aside, the two stood together, and the world was better for it. In terms of who stands as America’s Thatcher today, Rand Paul shows a lot of potential. He needs to wise up a bit on international policy - the world is a dangerous place - but he strikes me as more mainstream than his father, yet principled enough to follow through with necessary cuts to the domestic budget in order save America’s long-term economic health. More importantly, he would save your Constitution from creeping cultural Marxism.
