re: “. . . lot of mouth on you for a newbie.”
Once upon a time there was a conservative man, let’s call him “Fred”, who was surfing the web back in 2002. Low and behold he came upon a website called, “Free Republic”. As Fred began to read the articles and postings on FreeRepublic, he realized that this was truly an honest-to-God conservative news/comment site. He LOVED it!
And so, back in 2002, Fred registered with FreeRepublic and came up with a Freeper moniker of his own.
Not long afterward, Fred told his wife about FreeRepublic and so, in the course of time, she checked it out as well.
Lo and behold she too loved FreeRepublic! And, since her husband had already registered, she just used his account name to reply to posts, as she didn’t reply as much as he did.
Fred and his wife were happy with FreeRepublic and their shared account.
Many, many years went by, and Fred decided that he wanted a Freeper account just for himself. So, in January of 2012, he created a new account and called himself, “Rusty Schucklefurd”.
The moral of the story is: Not everything is as it seems, and, be careful who you call a “newbie”.
...a mouthy newbie named rusty tried to pass himself off as an old timer, but alas, few bought his story because it sounded about as likely as Obama's.
