Flapsblog ^ | Jan 27, 2007

January 29, 2007

A Giuliani fund-raiser will be held Jan. 29 in Pacific Palisades, Calif., at the home of Bill Simon, the 2002 Republican candidate for governor of California, costing $2,300 a person and $4,600 per couple.

January 30, 2007:

Mary Bono’s campaign is sponsoring a golf event to raise funds for Giuliani’s committee on Tuesday, at the Rancho Mirage home and golf course of Edra Blixseth, Porcupine Creek Golf Club. Information: (310) 500-4284 or by e-mail at events@marybono.com

February 1, 2007:

Texas Republican contributors are being solicited to spend $30,000 for dinner with former New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani at the Houstonian Hotel in Houston Feb. 1 to finance his “presidential exploratory committee.” The “private” dinner will follow a 6:30 to 8 p.m. cocktail reception, costing $2,100 a person and $4,200 for couples.

The best-known host of Giuliani’s Houston event is billionaire oilman T. Boone Pickens Jr., chairman of the private equity firm BP Capital Management. Also on Giuliani’s Texas fund-raising team are Tom Hicks, whose company owns the Texas Rangers baseball team; oil industry executive Jim Lee; and lawyer Patrick C. Oxford.

Giuliani's known homosexual liasions at Stonewall,

Dopey: the youngest, sweetest, and silliest of the seven, and the only one to be completely bald and beardless; wears a too large lime green tunic and purple cap.*

Grumpy: the grouchiest and most curmudgeonly of the group, though even he is supremely devoted to Rudy. Wears a red tunic, long white hair and beard.

Doc: the only one of the dwarfs to wear glasses (so presumably the most intellectual); wears an orange-brown tunic, long white hair and beard.

Happy: the most rotund of the dwarfs; wears a brownish two-tone tunic, yellow cap, long white hair and beard.

Bashful: evokes his bashful nature through a classic pose of shyness (hands clasped behind back, shoulders slightly raised, eyes upturned); sometimes difficult to distinguish between Sneezy and Sleepy; depicted in purple tunic and magenta cap (on video), as well as long white hair and beard.

Sneezy: frequently shown with one finger underneath his nose, as if trying to stifle a sneeze; sometimes difficult to distinguish between Sleepy and Bashful; wears a yellow-brown tunic, long white hair and beard.

Sleepy: perhaps the most difficult to differentiate between Sleepy and Bashful, though he wears a perpetually sleepy looking, heavily lidded expression on his face; wears a brownish tunic, green cap, long white hair and beard.

actual, surviving, active veterans of the famous 1969

Let me do this for you like I would someone I was tutoring in reading:

Actual, surviving, active veterans means these people were actually on the scene, surviving today and are active veterans still working for their cause. A veteran is someone who has served and in this case was part of the original group that rioted and so they are a veteran of the riots.

Now does that make it easier to understand? But you knew that all along and like to bait people.

No, since they describe themselves as:

The DAR, founded in 1890 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., is a volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and securing America's future through better education for children.

And we're to know that Rudy's a Republican exactly how again?

I've seen the link before, and I never had the mistaken impression that someone was claiming they were there.

But if y'all want to keep publicizing Giuliani's close association with that gang of America-hating leftists, have at it.

But THAT title was left out, COMPLETELY OMITTED, from the post.

You are trying to weasel out of this and nobody here, NOBODY is going to allow that to happen.

You are a liar; it's really just as simple and straight forward as that.

They are honorary members.
Yep... glad you admit that. But they weren't listed as 'honorary' but rather as :

The STONEWALL Veterans' Association ("S.V.A.") is comprised of the actual, surviving, active veterans of the famous 1969 Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender ("GLBT") Stonewall Rebellion in Greenwich Village, New York, U.S.A.

Members: StonewallVets.org

Liz J. Abzug, Rebuild Our Town Downtown, Co-Chair
N.Y.C. Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg
N.Y.C. Councilmember James E. (Jed) Davis, In Memorium
Congressmember Geraldine A. Ferraro
Borough President C. Virginia Fields
America's Mayor Rudy W. Giuliani
B. Thomas Golisano, Paychex, President
N.Y.C. Public Advocate Betsy F. Gotbaum
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
Councilmember Margarita L. Lopez
Martha Reeves, Motown Singer & Detroit Councilwoman
N.Y.S. Attorney General Eliot L. Spitzer
Steven L. Wesler, R.D.P. Group, President
N.Y.S. Assemblymember Keith L.Wright

Reckon why the 'title' of the their listing was left off?.... 1/2 truths
