Strange how they never think of the air polution spewed by race tracks. You got it! The tracks are dirty, dusty and full of fumes. I know! I worked at the one up here for over 10 years. Dirtiest job I ever had (at the Pit Gate), but I loved it!
But your right! MY GOD DON'T SMOKE! Breath ALL you want but MY GOD DON'T SMOKE. Nuts, isn't it!
And to think that the smokers in Maine are paying for this abuse through the taxes they pay on their cigarettes just pisses me off all the more.

Maine might be getting a share of the tobacco settlement, but that's all it will be getting a share of, until its collective head gets out of its butt, so to speak.

Do you remember a couple of weeks ago, somewhere in Montana....I think, 'THEY' claimed heart attacks went down by 70% as soon as their ban took effect, seems a judge overturned the law....for now, and immidiately the heart attacks soared to it's old high, how can these people even think they have any credibility.?
Read this in my paper the other day.
