Wow, we all knew he was a big liar, but it's nice when you can come up with some proof on paper!

Looks like Bill Simon will have a hotter issue to win on than fiscal responsibility.

That's the thing about chronic liars. They tell so many lies, it's impossible to keep up with them all.

I doubt that we'll see this in any of the California lamestream media, and even if they did cover it, he'll just deny that he knew about it, that it was handled at a lower staff level, blah, blah, blah.
I'm dreading the thought of this pantload as our Governor for another four years, I just wish I could be more optimistic about Simon's chances. Our beautiful state has drastically changed for the worse since the glory days of our beloved Governor Ronald Reagan.

"He failed to act in the energy crisis, in the budget crisis, to prevent offshore oil drilling,... It's great that Simon caught Davis in this blatant lie, but I have a problem with Simon positioning himself to the left on a completely bogus environmental issue.

So what is the big deal, that the head Kali rat lied to us?
When do rat politicians and their buds in the media lie to us?
To: d14truth; Liz
Time for a Carnak saying on this startling revelation that Davis actually lied to us?
To: ElkGroveDan
Looks like there is a very competent man running for governor. Hope California is bright enough to elect him. They're really going to need someone with brains to help them out of the mess that Davis has made.

"Gray Davis now claims neither he nor his attorney general were served papers about the lawsuit,"
And the dog ate my homework.

He didn't pay attention because the envelope wasn't stuffed with cash.

... neither he nor Attorney General Bill Lockyer had been notified that the state was a defendant ... Either the secretary or the mail-room clerk will get fired for failing to pass on the documents. "I didn't know that!"
