nicely thought out and worded post Thanks. Ya know, you're not so bad as some of those things I read... *wink*

BillofRights measures his rights by the amount of money the tax collector takes from him. By that measurement, he has more rights today than when Bush took office. I keep telling him that but he pretends he's not listening to me like my kids did when I was telling them the cold hard facts they didn't want to hear.

"What other liberal issue is left to co-opt from the left as a means of "taking issues away from them"? When you keep "taking away the leftist agenda",it becomes YOUR agenda. Some of these people need to ask themselves the obvious question,"Why is the leftist agenda a bad thing when others support it,but a good thing when Bubba Bush supports it?". Instead, what they will do is tell anybody who asks this to "be quiet and drink your Kool-Aid".
BTW, any minute now someone will be along to say Rush is a moron...
Fox is going to eventually have to do a special, titled "When Bush-Bots Attack!".
To: ohioWfan
Oh yeah, my saying that Rush has lost it is exactly what dictatorships are made of! LOL! You're a funny guy!! No, it's your implication that Rush should never air any negative commentary about Bush's policies because GW is beyond reproach as president. You share this characteristic with the legion of Bush-Bots and GOP Party Hacks that have infected this fine CONSERVATIVE forum. And thanks, many people do think I'm funny.

That is an interesting list that revolves around Money, isn't it? Sooo....if your top tax rates were cut to 28%, you wouldn't notice those things, now would you? If cap gains got indexed again and weere cut to 15%, even better too.So, by my deductive powers, I can infer that taxes=freedom, to you, Bill. They do to me.So, push for bigtime tax cuts :-)

I was just talking with a friend who said there was some expert on Hannity and Colmes tonight who says the science in the report is faulty. Said he told someone either in the Admin. or the State Dept. (I don't know which), but they published it anyway. I have no idea whether this is true or not - can you confirm?
Saw a thread this morning about a guy who sounds like your man. I'm cooking dinner between posts, but I'll try and find it for you.
Any report which gives any credence at all to human induced global warming is bogus science.
To: LoneGOPinCT
What is W's plan? You've heard of people who are always asking themselves,"WWJD?"? Well,Bubba Bush asks himself "WWB-1D?" (What would Bubba-1 Do?".

Now, who's money is Santa Clause Bush giving away? Is money not property. Do I have a Right to my property? Or only as much as Bush decides? What's scary is that you are probably being serious when writing this stuff. (By the way, the correct spelling is "Santa Claus", not "Santa Clause". Since that movie came out several years ago everyone has been spelling it wrong)
To: concerned about politics
Your church once voted for Bush, and now excoriates him. What church is that? It is interesting that you know the politics of the congregants. It must be rather political, sort of like Jesse Jackson's place.

Did I not answer your question?
I similarly find debating with Bush/Republican cheerleaders futile. But remember this -- I demonstrated for Bush here in Austin, donated to his campaign, and voted for him. So my bias is not genetic. It is acquired!
To: BillofRights
So am I supposed to get on my knees?
To: NittanyLion
There is no definitive answer to the question, scientists line up on both sides. Knowing that, you would think the logical thing to do was to study the issue for a decade and see if the scientists can establish the facts conclusively.
In the meantime you would alos think that America should not go off the deep end into the Kyoto Pool.
You guessed it, thats exactly what Bush is going to do.
To: right2bear
Thanks for the support, right2bear! It gets a little tough battling everyday with the Bush pom-pom squad!
