Republicans, despite hopes that they would make progress with President Bush at the helm, can't seem to get the hang of outreach to Hispanic, Asian and black voters.

"The current Republican idea for broadening the base of the party has been to bring a bunch of rich white guys in to run the party," said Michael Schroeder, former chairman of the California Republican Party. "Meanwhile, the Democrats have full-time staff people tasked with making sure their message is taken into all the ethnic communities in California."

Your bizarre "tax slavery" reply to my post #56 message on America NOT collapsing in the face of another attack makes me wonder if you are even reading the posts on this thread.

Are you just posting canned HTML responses from some fringe group's website, not even caring if you are making sense or responding appropriately to the posts made to you?

By the way, your chart shows that President Bush has REDUCED so-called "tax slavery" two years in a row.

That's not something to complain about...

"President Bush DID have something to do with the other column in that table, namely the spending column where, as you see, socialism steamrolls on under George Bush"

Really? Gee, I would have given President Bush credit for passing the largest Dollar-value tax cut in the history of the world, so I'm sure glad that you set me stratight. < /SARCASM >

"Do you see Southack that you are so desperate to not only make apologies for his leftist moves..."

President Bush wasn't making a "leftist move" when he pulled the U.S. out of the International Criminal Court. He wasn't making leftist moves when he killed the Kyoto Treaty on Global Warming and pulled the U.S. out of the CCCP-U.S. ABM Treaty, either.

President Bush wasn't turning toward the Left when he killed the ABA's role in vetting federal judges for Congress, and it certainly wasn't a leftist move to fund our national missile defense or smash the Taliban.

Leftists don't go around killing CO2 regulations for power plants and repealing OSHA home-office ergonomic rules, either, but President Bush did.

I don't see any Leftists running around cutting taxes for businesses by increasing depreciation acceleration, nor do I know of any Leftists or liberals who are proposing to cut taxes for individuals, but President Bush has ALREADY done both.

Leftists don't pick pro-life Attorney Generals and Solicitors who support the 2nd Amendment with written briefs to our Supreme Court, either, but GWB did.

You can flail about making the repeatedly debunked claim that Bush is a liberal, but you're simply going to be continuously spanked by me with example after example of President Bush implementing Conservative principles into our government and nation.

Check out my history on thread after thread. I never go away. Repeating your disproven claims of liberalism will simply serve to further embarass yourself at my hand. It isn't like I am merely disagreeing with you, either. I'm pointing out SPECIFIC, irrefutable, public examples that disprove your liberal claim.

Enforcing the Beck decision, for instance, wasn't liberal or Leftist, but President Bush did it.

"A tax cut has absolutely NOTHING to do with Bush and the Republicans and their being a party to the huge increase in spending. Nothing!"

You're the only one making such a claim, as I certainly wouldn't argue that point.

Instead, what I pointed out was that your own chart showed your alledged "tax-slavery" being reduced by President Bush's tax cuts in this year and last year.

Please try to stay on the topic. I haven't been talking about "spending", but I have been talking about tax cuts.

None of your frantic arm-waving supports your outlandish claim that Bush is an extreme liberal.

You repeat the same two claims over and over, that social spending has increased and that Bush is not doing enough against Palestinian terror, as if by repeating the same two points from a variety of angles you will somehow gain some traction for your earlier claim about GWB supposedly being a liberal.

It won't work. Yup, social spending is up and no amount of HTML posting, desperate arm-waving, or endless repetition is going to cause the average American to care.

On Israel, Prime Minister Netanyahu says that Bush is the very best friend that Israel has in the whole world both now and in the past, yet you think that you can pretend to be more "Israeli" than Bibi in some remarkably lame attempt to sow discontent among real Conservatives. That too will not work.

President Bush is doing just fine smashing terrorists in a variety of way in a variety of places, and just because you pretend to be impatient won't change the way most Americans view GWB. Call me when Netanyahu complains about Bush, until then, drop the anti-Israeli nonsense.

As long as the GOP is attempting to pander to minorities as the Rat lite party, it'll be a tough sell. I mean why vote for a counterfeit liberal when there's the genuine article available? When the GOP abandons its conservative principles its asking for trouble."

Bingo. If they spent as much time pandering to the conservatives that didnt vote for him and paid attention to the base that got him there they wouldnt need so many liberals to come into the GOP to make up the diffrence.

"We need less apologists for liberal moves by Republicans and more fighters for freedom."

Now that is the quote of the day!

"It may have taken 72 posts but we finally got the truth out for you to understand, although I saw this many many posts ago and made very clear to you in my posts."

Nothing about your posts was "very clear" in the manner that you intended.

You made unfounded charge after charge, the most absurd being that you consider Bush, who killed the Kyoto Treaty on Global Warming, killed the International Criminal Court, and pulled the U.S. out of the Soviet-U.S. ABM Treaty - to be a LIBERAL!

You've only found the smallest bit of credibility with your claim that social spending has increased, and suddenly you think that you can claim that you've been clear on that point from moment one.

Such pathetic political tactics won't work for you. You can't go around claiming that Black is White for ten posts and credibly expect to be taken seriously on the one white item that you actually label correctly as being white.

Social spending is up. I haven't ignored that point and I haven't been silent about it, your claims to the contrary notwithstanding.

But that one point doesn't make Bush, who funded our national missile defense system and accelerated its testing, a liberal. Nor does killing CO2 regulations for power plants make him a leftist, and repealing the EPA's home-office ergonomic rules certainly doesn't make him liberal, contrary to your repeated claim that GWB "turned to the left."

Nor did you have the courage or convictions to name a MORE Conservative leader in America today.

You claimed at one point above that you could even debunk all of my pro-Conservative Bush points, yet you clearly failed to do so.

Your fringe-Party politics simply won't survive any honest debate, especially if you have to engage in the above-mentioned tactics.

Having failed at so many points along the way, it does not surprise me that you would try to end all discussion on this thread, however, I suspect that this thread will survive long into the future if for no other reason to perpetuate your complete and utter humiliation in this debate for all of eternity.

The funny part being that you probably can't even grasp that you have brought constant ridicule down upon your wild-eyed claims and silly HTML fluff. That's simply too rich!
