Just to prove that San Francisco is not business friendly, Achtenbert, the Hillary Clinton wannabe who served the Clintons so faithfully for four years, is a high paid whoopdedoo for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

We need reminding from time to time about the honesty of Jesse Helms; his famous statement concerning Achtenberg, "that damned lesbian", will probably be included in all future Bartlett's Book of Quotations.

Do you agree with 100% of what the Republican party stands for? LOL The Republicans don't stand for big budget deficits like Gray Davis does.

If I recall correctly, the givers of this party fundraiser just "started up" their own winery with $100 Million in seed capital from Calpers, California's state pension program.
Hey, I'd probably pay $2,500 for a plate if Davis stole a $100 Million from California employees for me, too...

I'm in southern California and could not participate. But, for what it's worth, the last time I was up in San Francisco, I pissed on the Greenpeace office.

The Republicans don't stand for big budget deficits like Gray Davis does. This is a somewhat ironic statement in view of the recent deterioration in the Federal budget situation.
