Considering that since January the EU has been giving Arafat $10,000,000 per month (that's EU pounds, no idea what it is in real money) and 2 days ago voted to up it to $50,000,000, I'd say he doesn't really need our money anymore. Let the EU fund their pet terrorist so he can pick up where Hitler left off... which is pretty much what they want, I think.
