Bill Simon should look at what the Schundler campaign did in Jersey...and then do the complete opposite. If he does, he'll win. Big.

Will we be making this into another anti-Mexican thread? Heaven forbid, that there should be a single Mexican-American in California not totally turned off by ugly xenophobia!

If we are lucky, Davis will really blow a gasket and hang himself in despair.

No soy latino, pero estoy votando para Simon, por seguro.

Out of curiousity, not as a slam, how many illegal aliens have recently been granted amnesty?
I think the real problem is the number of illegals who are illegally on the rolls as registered voters in California. No one knows for sure, but Republican Bill Jones as Secretary of State certainly had the opportunity to find out and do something about it. I'm convinced that the number of illegal aliens registered to vote Democrat is so high, we'll never elect another Republican to a major office here until this fraud upon our republic is corrected.

This 7-point adavantage for Simon only serves to alert the Democrats that they must crank up the old voting fraud machinery to a new level. No problem for them. They'll meet the challenge and Gray-out will win by 7 points.
The bulk of the voter fraud will take place deep in the Black and Hispanic precincts -- where whitey is no where to be found. Can you even imagine, in your wildest dreams, a white man or woman venturing into a ghetto Black district to watch for and stop voter fraud at the polling booths?
Not a frickin chance! So don't get all excited about that 7-pt lead. It will evaporate on election night!

Liberalism is a disease. How people think actually changes neuro-pathways in the brain, and affects brain chemistry...so I've read. With this in mind, I'm convinced that liberalism causes mental illness. As a man thinketh, so he is...(Proverbs)

PINGFOR A SIMON WIN.
I'd like to see him bring some Conservative legislators in with him into that cauldron of liberalism--Sacramento's chambers.

whether Davis can pull enough votes out of the Democratic urban areas of LARemember, Davis will get 100% of the deceased citizens vote and probably 95% of the nursing home vote and 100% of the usually massive illegal aliens vote, not to mention the disenfranchised felon vote. Simon probably needs to get 60-65% of the legal vote to win.

Excellent news. Evidence once again that Bush and the other Rinos who vetted Riordan just don't get it.
To: Rodney Dangerfield
Wait until Simon starts running ads showing how much money Davis took from Enron, all the while disparaging them. Or how he brokered a sweetheart deal for SoCal Edison. Right. Except they never do. When are conservatives going to get it that a political campaign is not a gentleman's game. It's a back-alley knife fight.

Excellent news. Evidence once again that Bush and the other Rinos who vetted Riordan just don't get it. Actually Bush and most Republicans are CINO'S (Conservatives In Name Only), not RINO's! The Republican Party has become a Party of the Left, albeit a step or two to the Right of the Democratic (Socialist) Party.

The attacks from Davis and the media are going to get bruttal. Put your flameproof suits on Freepers. They hate Simon more than anything. Be ready for anything.

Assuming the poll is accurate, it is probably referencing the Bay Area as opposed to San Francisco. It seems to be purporting to represent the San Francisco "media market" - whatever that is.

I stand corrected.

San Francisco "media market" Counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, and parts of Solano and Sonoma. Population of between 5 and 6 million, of which San Francisco is only 750,000.
