Bill Simon should look at what the Schundler campaign did in Jersey...and then do the complete opposite. If he does, he'll win. Big.

Schudler made some mistakes but 9-11 really hurt him. He was the candidate coming from behind against the better known McGreedy. The Tower attack and the anthrax mess hit NJ hard and took up everyone's attention (rightfully so) during the two months when voters finally start paying attention to their political races. Simon won't be that far behind come November. He has a good chance of having a lead. So outside distractions won't have the same impact as they did in NJ.
