I think you're on to something there. Not that I'm a conspiracy theorist, but what would you want to bet that someone at INS said "Hey - here's a way we can make a good plea for more money - let's send these out...."

I've worked with the DOE and the NRC here in Oak Ridge, and I know for a fact that they never make a mistake. It's obvious to me that between the time you sent the application to the NRC and the time they mailed it back to you, you moved the facility. There can be no other explanation.

It seems that a lot of normaly level headed FReepers have been blinded by a certain president. I fought as hard to get him elected as most on this board, but I'm not blinded by devotion, unlike many on this board.
