FR has 60,000 FReepers registered and every one of them should be inundating their Representatives offices with phone calls and E-Mails to quash this Immigration Extension that they want to slip through tonight!
We FReepers are here because we love our Country and our freedoms, but it seems that very few of us put forth the extra effort when these things we hold dear are threatened.
If FReepers won't take the initiative, who will?

It seems that a lot of normaly level headed FReepers have been blinded by a certain president. I fought as hard to get him elected as most on this board, but I'm not blinded by devotion, unlike many on this board. Whats really funny, is many of these same people had nothing but despite for the Clinton Kneepadders, but they have fallen victim to the same emotions themselves. Sad.

Another Freeper gave an e-mail for Hastert and I e-mailed him saying if this passes I won't vote for Bush again in 2004. I received an automatic answer which stated something like "since I wasn't in his district...". GET RID OF GOVERNMENT!

I called. We need to start finding out about bills early enough to make a difference. This approval of the terrorists visas is a good example of why we are so outraged that this immigration bill that passed tonight.

"a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing" Isn't that the basic problem we've had for years...
