Finally, someone to challenge the "Andrea Yates is the worst Texas Biitch Ever" award!

But Ms. Mallard's attorney said that many details of the case have been overblown and that his client is devastated by the accident and seeking counseling. "She is not the cold, harsh, inhumane person they would have you think," defense attorney Mike Heiskell said. "This girl is not a monster."
Q. Why do scientists prefer lawyers over rats for their lab experiments?
A.
1. Lawyers multiply faster than rats.
2. The researchers grow too attached to the rats.
3. There are some things rats just won't do.

The comment I read before was
"I think we have defined humanity here" by one of the officers involved in the investigation.
I can't express my thoughts here but to say the least, a slow lingering death for this woman would be a kindness.

Lethal injection would be far too humane...BRING BACK PUBLIC HANGINGS!!!

Ms. Mallard was charged on Feb. 26 with felony failure to stop and render aid. That's it? WTF? What sort of sentence is she facing with this charge?

RACIST HATE CRIME
Or did you think it wouldn't be portrayed as such by race-baiters like Sharpton and Jackson?
Where is CNN? ABC? CBS? NBC?
No race issue here?
WHY?

This story is getting National coverage. NBC is covering it on TODAY SHOW right now. Supposed to interview the lawyer!

Ms. Mallard "giggled" as she explained how she had hit a man with her car.
"She is not the cold, harsh, inhumane person they would have you think," defense attorney Mike Heiskell said. "This girl is not a monster." Right, most anyone would "giggle" after hitting someone and letting them slowly suffer and die, hidden in our cars for days. This is the most disgusting and appalling thing I've ever seen. I hope she gets the death penalty.

I simply cannot believe that this woman has been released on bail. She should be looking at being behind bars the rest of her life. Our justice system has completely broken down, it no longer serves to protect law-abiding people from criminals and terrorists.

Now, if this had been a white woman and the victim had been a black man, would it have been a "hate crime"?

...working as an aide in a nursing home...Figures...how'd ya like to be an old person being cared for by such as this? Can't help but wonder how many other deaths she has caused and which nursing home she worked at.
