CAUSE OF GIRL'S DEATH COULD REMAIN MYSTERY
Police say they may never know how Danielle van Dam died, or when. The seven-year-old girl disappeared from her San Diego home February first. Authorities are now confirming that a child's body found by volunteer searchers Wednesday is that of the missing child. The district attorney says an autopsy performed confirmed her identity yesterday. The identification was made through dental records because of the condition of the body. Medical examiners are trying to determine the cause of death, but Police Chief Dave Bejerano says it's possible that we'll never know how, or when she was killed. A neighbor has been charged with kidnapping and murdering her. Authorities say they found the girl's blood on his clothing and in his motor home. He has pleaded innocent. |
Probably because I couldn't stay awake that long! :-)
Would the coroner's autopsy toxicology tests reveal the presence of sleep inducing substances? Perhaps the brother's should be tested but I expect the van Dams are lying low and haven't adminstered any doses recently...
The van Dams are going to have to come clean, both sides in this case are going to end up calling in many Jane and John Does to address the drugging question.
It seems to me Danielle was drugged. It explains a lot concerning the circumstances of the crime and lack of trauma.
I hope the coroner is pursuing this angle...otherwise the defense will have a field day...
Sadly, I can't argue with statement. You might want to think about what it means, however. And I'll repeat my fashion advice: If you're thinking about wearing an ankle bracelet [or a choker/collar, or skin tight spandex pants, or false eyelashes, or rouge, or fishnet stockings, or your bra on the outside of your blouse instead of on the inside], don't.
There is no such thing as a Lie Detector test !
They are called Polygraph tests for good reason
and only people who belong to the religion of "lie detector tests", believe in them.
Only G-d can see into the heart of man.
Aldrich Ames passed so called "lie detector test" for years
while attending Mass on Sundays with his wife,
while selling secrets to the Soviets

One is a police officer and the other a marine.
I have no need to be making up stories. They are just part of my family and have interesting careers. We are blessed to have inherited them since we had only girls until these young men married in.
I have not seen and had not heard about the Mom being out twice in one week until now, which I do find a bit odd. But, as a blanket statement, and if the family is "normal" in all other aspects, I see nothing wrong with a Mom staying out until 2:00 a.m. on a special occasion such as this was to say good bye to a friend moving away. I don't think that alone has much of anything to do with anything.
You're aging yourself. It's called blush and so what !!!!!
Are you typing in the darkened corner of an obscure monastery somewhere?
LOL, that's probably true.
That's because the ice age wiped them out.
I guess two trips in one week without hubby is just a coincidence like all the others, huh? Maybe two girlfriends were moving that week. Yeah.......that's it.
