When Jim Robinson started Free Republic in September, 1996 to expose the corruption in government and particularly the Clinton Whitehouse, he was alone. Now six years later, Free Republic has 80,000 registered members and who knows how many visit this site often, just to keep up on the latest conservative thinking.

Folks, you all know where this is going, Free Republic is a user supported website and it is time to support it. Speaking of home improvements, looks like we're getting new sups on the south side of the county. My own sup (Launstein) basically got shouted down at her monthly town meeting.

lol! They could try...but my horses come when I whistle!

Probably wouldn't matter in my neighborhood. I actually live in the "city" and a horse wouldn't work in this neighborhood - even a visiting one!!!! It's one street with a cul-de-sac.

In the 10 years we've been here, we've worked with many of our neighbors in cleaning it up, but we still average 6 drug busts a month and the neighborhood only consists of about 60 houses. That's a better number - it used to zero, cause no one ever called the cops, too afraid. When about 15 of us started calling, a big difference occurred. And the local drug dealers do not particularly appreciate the fact that I am home nearly all day, every day!

So now, back to your horses!!!
