I wouldn't go so far as to call it a failure. Look at Afghanistan today compared to what it was prior to 9/11.

And I agree. But daschle, leader of the CWP (Class Warfare Party), is trying to imply that since Bush hasn't found ObL, that OBVIOUSLY he has failed in the War on Terrorism. . .
