That Morrocan guy caught in Mpls should have been tried in Military Court and either imprisoned or deported by now. Authorities claimed that Alfauru, along with another unnamed acquaintance whom he allegedly met at a gas station in Clifton, went to Virginia in July 2000 and received the driver's license at a motor vehicle agency office.

I once got lost driving in Clifton, so I stopped at a gas station. The Middle Eastern guy at the station was unable to give me directions, seemed to be clueless about his location.
