Didn't they learn from their failed experiment of changing the shape of the ketchup bottles--nobody bought it. People want their ketchup in a long-necked bottle, and they want it red. Nuff said!

These product development people have far too much time on their hands.
The makers of Skittles got on my bad side recently by messing with the lime and trying to see if people preferred green apple. When people voted overwhelmingly to keep the lime, they tried replacing lemon with a new mystery flavor (a yucky tasting pink lemonade). If they decide to keep the lemon after spending all that money, I wonder if they'll try dinking around with another flavor? Don't mess with success. The original mix was just fine!
And I won't buy ketchup that isn't red, either! :)

This "color surprise" will be enough to deter me from the Heinz brand. Sometimes I wonder about those "marketing people."

Looks like the genius that marketed "New Coke" has finally found gainful employment.

Hey - maybe you could get better response to this post if you tried different colors in your FR screen name!

You know, it all tastes the same, and I have tried the funny little green ketchup, but I still prefer to have my ketchup red.

I kind of like the shrink wrapped tuna, but tomatoes are red. Period.

Can't wait until some scientific genius discovers that all these colors cause cancer in labratory rats as happen with a red dye years ago.
