The title says it all. There's a big to-do they're discussing on the Pete Wilson show right now about how this fat hippo woman is filing a lawsuit because this health club won't hire her to teach a jazzercise class. Apparently, she's fat as can be, but she says she can "do all the moves," and is filing suit because she says the health club is discriminating against her because she doesn't square with the health club's image.

Actually Jazzercise is pretty aggresive about protecting its franchise, its somewhat difficult to become a certified instructor. Not sure what would stop this lady from starting her own Fatazzercise to compete.

She isn't hired because in a comparison she didn't do the moves AS WELL as the other potential jazzercise instructors. Or maybe she didn't answer the questions as well. Or maybe she wasn't available for the hours they wanted.....
