Yup. You've got to keep in mind that you have to be a few cards shoot of a deck to be a suicide bomber to start with. It seems from several reports that these guys are really clueless idiots.

white male, former national gaurdsman, everything is back to normal, looks like nothing big.
Ok, I'm dense on this subject. How precisely is his race or previous employment history relevent to it being ok for him to have explosives in a FedGov airport?
Not that I eschew the idea of everybody being armed in an airport, I don't, in fact, I'd feel safer flying if *everybody* were armed. But since these rules are in place, I'm just curious as to the selective enforcement. Or am I missing something here (complete possibility)?

Or as dumb as voluntarily allowing a policeman to search your vechicle knowing you have contraband in it. But it happens all the time.

Wasn't it at LAX last week that they let a guy walk through after finding explosives residue on his shoes--and he got away? No, I believe that was San Francisco?

Update: It turns out the bomb he had was just a copy of the new movie "Harts War." (opened in 7th place!)

Yeah, I know, I just sometimes wonder aloud at the outright stupidity of some of the people on this planet we call home.

Not that I want to rain on everyone's parade, but I figured that after Ms. Towels By the Pound here, y'all might need a cold shower....
Ain't I a stinker?

Is Los Angeles still part of the United States ? Yes, but it's the liberal left capital of the U.S.--most human beings with a brain leave it (I did).
