Dear Debbie
I think you're on to something there...
Dear John,
While you've been away...

I agree with what you said in your post...but you must also agree that some people on here really get bad with their comments.
The reference to someone that wished there would be another earthquake is San Francisco was weak, but I have had people tell me they think a Nuke should be dropped on my home in China. When I told them they should not say such things, they insisted in repeated replies that they were serious.
These people are not good for FR. I don't think the feminist writer had much of a point to make and you detail the false logic she uses very well. But on the stupid things people write on here, there is a point to be made.

I get the distinct impression she is an insecure young woman for the fact that she felt obligated to respond to our critiques. How professional is that ?
Its also indicative of the same level of intolerance she broadly accuses FR of.
Furthermore, shes "shocked" by the surviving fetus in the photo, but not shocked by partial birth abortion ? - go figure.
She is welcome to her uterus, however my tax dollars shouldnt fund her ability treat it like a quisinart.

THESE PEOPLE SEEM to hate women. How these feminazis make this quantum leap of illogic is amzing.
How is it that not favoring killing babies is "hating women"?

Why would anyone email this type of person? She needs it for her columns. Maybe when she realizes that millions of abortions do affect our life in negative ways she will change her mind? She sounds like someone that made a choice once. It is not infrequent to come across a rabid abortion supporter that walked that path and needs reassurance her choice was ok. Leave her alone and let her enjoy her parents choice of life for her. Selfish people are a dime a dozen.

Honey, I'm going to have to revoke your license to argue. Note the sense of authority premised in this statement. Arrogance. In her heart, a proponent of "speech codes."
Note also the philosophically flawed, argument-impaired premise of her column: "You criticize me, some of it ad hominem, so I'm justified in my continued advocacy of exterminating unborn babies."

I emailed this response, which may be insufficiently rabid to merit her attention or response, to Ms. Morse:
>Honey, I'm going to have to revoke your license to argue.
Another revocation's winging its way to you, Ms. Morse. The philosphically flawed, argument-impaired premise of your column is essentially, "You criticize me, some of it nasty ad hominem, so I'm justified in my continued advocacy of exterminating unborn babies."
Mercifully, an ever-growing number of Americans take a less sanguine position than yours on the "my body, my right to kill any unborn life in it" Weltanschauung. That number includes a whole lot of women, 53% of whom stated in a recent Center for Gender Equity -- a decidedly pro-choice group -- poll that abortion should either be illegal or legal only in the case of rape or incest or to save a mothers life. That must be a chilling thought for you, as it was for the Center for Gender Equity's Faye Wattleton, who actually did describe the poll results as "disturbing": A majority of women now take a moral stance synonymous with, or to the right of, George W. Bush and the Republican platform.
Pro-choicers, notably the distaff side, appear to be an ever-graying, ever-diminishing breed.

You know we're doing our job when even those of bovine intellect get all riled up over the truth. Poor Debby Morse, she couldn't find any reasonable facts to support her position so she has to retaliate by writing a hit piece on those "rabid right-wing freaks". LOL!
Now y'all stop teasin' her. You're getting her all confused with this "thinking" stuff, it's just plain mean...

Since Debbie published the link to the former thread, it might be getting some outside traffic. Perhaps we should take this as an opportunity to add more pictures, links, and information pertaining to abortion on that particular thread? We might reach some people!!!

It is sad that Ms. Moore does not appreciate such joy!

This woman is a terrible writer. Does she not have an editor? It makes one wonder what it takes to become a journalist these days. Bad grammar and a string of cliches?

Honey, I'm going to have to revoke your license to argue.
There you have it, folks. The PC police in action!

She has attacked the Freeper forces because she is afraid of us. I can imagine that when she, a liberal columnist who is used to
telling people what to think, encountered a forum full of people free to attack liberal abortion arguments, she was a bit disturbed. In fact, I'm sure it disturbed her to realize that there was
anyone in the country who disproved her media/education establishment created fantasy of an America in full support of the Planned Parenthood/NARAL/Hillary Clinton abortion agenda. It's easy to write columns and pontificate your filthy abortion ideology, but when you're forced to consider the idea of having to defend it in an open forum where people can fire back, well that's just a little intimidating, isn't it Ms. Morse?
If you're reading this, I would like to notify you of three central points that you might consider, since you've probably never encountered a single person who has made you aware of them.
Point #1: The truth opposes abortion. When abortion-bound women are given the facts, they give birth. Proof can be found in this thread.
Point #2: The legal right to abortion granted in Roe V Wade is headed for oblivion. No, not because the big, bad, GW Bush is going to see that it's repealed, but because it will self-destruct on it's very own. Technology is quickly advancing to the point where all unborn children will become capable of surviving outside of their mothers. Please read this Artificial Womb thread for an update. It is the kiss of death for lethal abortion.
Point #3: Partial-Birth Abortion has crippled the pro-choice movement. Poll after poll reflects the reality that people are abandoning the "choice" philosophy in droves due to the realization that what the abortion movement supports and defends is the brutal and inhumane killing of children, plain and simple. The abortion pushers don't care whether it's a tiny embryo, or a kicking baby, they simply want it dead. No amount of rigged polling, or biased reporting, can save the sinking ship of "choice."
Have a pleasant visit here at FreeRepublic. You're more than welcome to partake in our discussion any time you wish.
