If you want to talk about deporting illegal aliens, that's a rather different discussion. Sure, we should deal with lawbreakers in a a reasonable fashion; no argument there.
But you've been foaming at the mouth calling for imprisonment or deportation of people solely based on race or religion, which is OBVIOUSLY WRONG.
Pick an issue, FresnoDA, and stick with it - or graciously conceed error. You don't want me quoting your posts verbatum, do you? it would be rather embarrassing.
Oh, I do wonder that myself. I'll be quick to observe relative silence on the part of Muslims regarding terrorist acts. I may be suspicious of what their role will be as this plays out. BUT THERE IS NO BASIS FOR JAILING/DEPORTING PEOPLE BASED ON RACE OR RELIGION.
The problem I have with this sub-thread is that VERY LITTLE is said of the "illegal" part, and instead there are wide sweeping calls for imprisoning/deporting ALL Muslims - a vile concept indeed.
Get your argument straight and clear before pushing it, and suggest to FresnoDA that he do the same before someone believes he means what he says.
I haven't always followed real closely what's going on, at least not until X42 was in office and I became genuinely concerned about our national security, but unless I missed some major event somewhere along the line, it seems to me that the Palestinians are the intruders in Israel. That being the case, who the h*** do they THINK they are that they can be bullying people in their own homeland?
I agree that Israel should quit pussyfooting around with these terrorists and blow their a***s to kingdom come and I think we need to do the same and at the very least deport every illegal alien and non-citizen who are here from countries that we know support terorism, revoke existing student visas of students from those countries and DO NOT issue any new ones to them. I am sure some innocent people will be effected by such action and that is too bad, but the fact is that when the welfare of a nation is at stake it really can't be helped. Political correctness is the first enemy we need to take down. After that one, the others will be much less of a problem.

Our current problems with terrorism could be effectively minimized while preserving individual liberties--the way the framer's envisioned liberty rather than the conjured up 'freedoms' that the ACLU often champions today. Continuing to try to solve our problems while clinging to the multiculturist worldview will be the death of this nation.

Reading the Koran and the Hadith and coming to obvious conclusions about the express intentions of Islam is not "racism."
Listening to and reading the Islamist party line - which unambiguously calls for the murder of American civilians - is not "racism."
Examining the strident and murderous rhetoric being spewed on a daily basis by Middle Eastern newspapers - which rhetoric derives from the principles of Islam - is not "racism."
