Brown U. would also be well advised to issue a disclaimer on Turner's idiotic remarks, but they probably don't realize how stupid they are.

We should completely de-fund the United Nations and throw them off our soil.

I wonder how Ted would feel if these brave men flew a 767 into CNN Plaza or Turner field?? What a jerk!!!

If terrorists are brave then we've got prisons full of 'brave' men and women. Let's create a holiday that celebrates the 'bravery' of these fine men and women, shall we Ted?

Major A-hole. The TRUELY Brave were the NYPD, and NYFD personnel who's bodies continue to be pulled from the Wreckage of the Twin Towers. The TRUELY Brave fought back, and brought down a Jet to prevent greater loss of life.

IT IS TIME FOR ALL FREEPERS AT ALL PLACES IN THE UNITED STATES TO IMMEDIATELY BOYCOTT CNN, TNN AND ALL OTHER TED TURNER ORGANIZATIONS INCLUDING THE BASEBALL TEAM!!!
To: Enemy Of The State
And how would Mr. Turner feel if his loved ones had been on one of the airplanes used as a missile? Oh, silly me, only the lives of people who own and/or fly on PRIVATE airplanes are valuable.

Maybe it's tin foil hat fodder. Maybe not.

Ted who? Why should anyone care what this Ted guy has to say about anything?! . . . Top

Speaking at Brown University, the AOL Time Warner vice chairman said the 19 terrorists who hijacked civilian
passenger planes and killed 3,000 people were motivated by world poverty and "were brave at the very least." Yeah...poverty is what motivated Money Bags Bin Laden. Did any of the supporters of the attack EVER say anything
about combatting world poverty? If they did, I missed it.

the 19 terrorists who hijacked civilian passenger planes and killed 3,000 people were motivated by world povertyAnd everybody knows how poverty stricken Saudi Arabia is and how much they love to feed the poor Afghans.

He (President Bush) is like another Julius Caesar.Considering that Caesar was a life long dictator & oversaw the crumbling of the Roman empire, you could more accurately make a comparison b/w Ted & Caesar .. In business & personal dealings, Ted is known for being dictatorial. And the once high and mighty CNN empire is crumbling before his eyes as FoxNews consistently beats them in the ratings/household. I guess you could say that Ted speaks from experience on such matters.

calls for the U.S. to be more generous with international aid. He also said the U.S. should give money to AIDS research, education and women's rights in the Third World Fine send all your money, sell your houses and boats too. Convince your traitorous ex to do the same.
"The reason that the World Trade Center got hit is because there are a lot of people living in abject poverty out there who don't have any hope for a better life,"
No, the reason was that there are a bunch of wackos out there who think everything bad that happens is the fault of the Great Satan, rather than something in their culture. Of course bin Ladden is/was not a poor man, and he could have turned his millions to educating the people in something more useful than memorizing the Koran and chanting "down down Bush!". If you do things as they were done in the 8th century, you're going to live like people in the 8th century.
