It's going to be a great second half. If the Rams come from behind, it will be the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history. If the Patriots hold on and win, it will be the greatest upset in Super Bowl history. Greater than even the Jets win in 1969. Great minds, and all that...see my post 354.

Yes, a toast to a great 2nd half of football.

My prediction all week has been Patriots 27 Rams 24 and I have no reason to doubt that yet. My prediction (forced guess) was 31-17 Rams. On further evaluation, I really don't care who has the 31. Just don't get carried away. 27-24 Patriots works for me too.

Did I just see the Tourist Guy?

I can't stand U2. And by the by....why, with all of this Patriotic fervor being slavered all over the place do we have two Brits doing the entertaining? McCartney and U2?
Whassup widdat? Where the hell are the American bands?

Here's the game plan for the second half. The Pats Kamikaze defensive backs continue to pound the sh&t out of the St Louis wide receivers.

You definitely get my FR MVP vote, LOL

Are the Pats the AFC team? If so, it looks bad for the stock market for this year. Right?
Whenever the AFC team wins, the market is down for the year. Too bad.

Bush and Rudy both for Pats!!

I'd still say the Jets upset would be greater, but either way you are right, it makes for a memorable game.
I can't see a Billichick defense giving up this lead. But then, if an offense can do it against one of his schemes, it would be this one...

Brady is just getting his stride, finding his targets - he learns fast...
the Patriots are up by 11 - and that's no small feat...
Brady is going to pick apart the rams in the second half...

Spoken like a true long-suffering New Englander!Don't you know it! I go back to the '75 World Series. Then Bleepin' Bucky Dent in '78. Then Bill Buckner's dribble through the legs in '86. I watched the Patriots get blown out in the '86 and '97 Super Bowls. I've seen the Bruins blow a dozen Stanley Cups since 1972. Yeah, the Celtics did something back in the 1980s but I hate basketball.
I sure am liking this game! But I'm not celebrating yet. I'm acting as though the Patriots are down 14-3.

Well, ain't THIS a switcheroo. A Super Bowl game that doesn't suck and commercials (so far) that have been boring and/or stupid. The Budweiser "horses bowing" spot has been the only one I'll remember tomorrow.
Who forgot to tell the Patriots that they're supposed to lose this thing?
