"Ken Lay, stayed at the (clinton) White House 11 times." Now that is just too funny. Have not heard much about that on the news.

If the FBI, GAO or Congress wants to investigate billions of dollars lost to "corruption, collusion and nepotism," they need look no further than Bill Clinton. Enron executives traveled with Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown in 1994 on trade missions to Russia, India, Indonesia and China, cutting U.S. taxpayer-financed deals in each country. In fact, Brown paid a great deal of attention to Enron. Charles Smith on George Purnam mentions afew extra details about these deals today:
The small group of travelers with Ron Brown were Ken Lay and pipeline dealer Roger Tamraz. Also, the info that Smith has had such value as to be the main evidence that was used by Indonesians to prosecute American companies in Indonesia already. Perhaps it would have equal value in the U.S.

BCCI money entered Enron along with Andrew Fastow buying seats on the Board of Directors. Does anyone know who occupied those seats?. Fastow claimed that the Board knew and approved of its shell game. The seed of Enron's sudden rise and fall may be traced to the people behind Fastow and the BCCI connection and Continental Bank of Chicago from where he came. Any info on that?
