Now get a criminal prosecution of Bubba started and I'll be impressed.

Excuse me. Shouldn't that statement be addressed to Ashcroft? Remember ... Klayman can only file CIVIL suits. It is Ashcroft's RESPONSIBILITY to get the CRIMINAL investigations and prosecutions going. Why don't we see that happening? Instead we see more indications of coverup, like the Loral agreement that the Ashcroft DOJ announced the other day. Why hasn't the Ashcroft DOJ at LEAST pursued the statement that Riady made in court near the beginning of last year ... that the DNC and Clinton campaign funds did NOT return the MILLIONS of illegal dollars to him as they had claimed publically. Seems to me, that would be an easy one to prove. The DNC and Clintons already admitted that the money was ILLEGAL so they can't just claim "we didn't know". IF they returned the money then there should be a paper trail.

Sorry ... the more I see the more convinced I am that NEITHER the democRATS OR Republicans can be trusted to uphold the many serious laws broken by the democRATS the last 8 years. And if Republican cannot be trusted to hold the democRATS accountable for their actions, why should we believe they will hold Republicans accountable? This statement has bearing on EVERYTHING the GOP does, like this Enron business, whether they like it or not. Ashcroft needs to investigate what happened in Filegate, Chinagate, Emailgate, the death of Brown, the death of Foster and the Riady non-refund ... AT LEAST ... or the stain of Clinton's legacy will be on the GOP too. NO EXCUSES.

I know, that's why I said get one started instead of prosecute one. If Klayman ever turned up enough criminal evidence to force a prosecution of Clinton I would be thrilled. The problem is he is always opening new doors before completing the tasks he started.

We need a law that says all government officials, all LEO's and all politicians must follow the law. Think that would help em any? :-)

Sad but you are 100% correct. This "two-party Cartel" has NO intentions of disrupying it's fiefdom that it has created. You see they only argue in Congress about how & what amount they will STEAL OF YOUR MONEY.

I must admit, over virtually anyone in the administration, I really trust the honesty of John Ashcroft. I do not believe he is or will be a part of any coverup of PROSECUTABLE offenses done by or under the Clintonistas.

"Prosecutable" is key, because, having studied law myself, I know there is a lot of lawbreaking which due to cost/benefit of prosecuting, standards of evidence and etc. just are routinely not prosecuted--letting God work things out... On provable really serious matters however, I'm confident Ashcroft will come through. And I say that as someone with libertarian views who sometimes really disagrees with the man.

Clinton was a corrupt small poor state governor who made it big, due to the inneptness of other Democrats at the time... How deep and wide his presidential corruptions were, are coming, and will come to light sooner or later. I suspect he will be seen as a Warren Harding of the Dems in a few years hence.

Republicans and conservatives we must have confidence in our American system and avoid conpiratorial thinking!

The problem here is having the government investigate the government - see a problem? (Remember the Waco investigation for example). You'll never get the whole truth. I think they all have too much dirty laundry and will cover for each other. We need an investigation done by those outside of the government, such as Judicial Watch.
