Excuse me. Shouldn't that statement be addressed to Ashcroft? Remember ... Klayman can only file CIVIL suits.

I know, that's why I said get one started instead of prosecute one. If Klayman ever turned up enough criminal evidence to force a prosecution of Clinton I would be thrilled. The problem is he is always opening new doors before completing the tasks he started.

Well I disagree with this contention. There CERTAINLY is enough evidence in the public domain thanks in large part to Klayman ... in matters such as Filegate, Emailgate, Chinagate, the Riady non-refund, the death of Brown, for the Bush DOJ to warrant an investigation. To say otherwise is to deny the FACTS. Instead, all we see are efforts in the Bush administration to shut those investigations that were on-going down AND MOVE-ON.

When the fact that ALL of the forensic pathologists involved in the examination of Ron Brown's body or who looked at the photos and x-rays of his skull say that he may have been shot and should have been autopsied is combined with all the other incriminating facts we KNOW in that case, don't you think an investigation should ALREADY be underway?

When Riady states in open court, under a plea agreement that requires he tell the truth or the agreement is off, that the Clinton campaign and DNC did NOT return the millions in illegal cash they got from him AS THEY CLAIMED, don't you think that is sufficient to warrant an investigation? Look at it this way. Either Riady is lying or the Clinton/DNC campaign officials lied and in either case SOMEONE should be in jail. But instead, the Bush administration appears to have just MOVED-ON ... ignored the apparent fact that the Communist Chinese tried to STEAL one or more US Presidential elections. That's NOT the sort of thing we should be IGNORING. Its suggests a deep corruption within the Bush administration TOO.

Sorry but I'm just hearing more DEFLECTION and EXCUSES from those attacking Klayman the loudest.
