"Undoubtably the total of these emails won't be turned over to JW to let them do with as they see fit will they? Won't they have to be reviewed by someone in DOJ or whatever department to determine their relevance to the requested materials.

The Justice Dept. will turn over to JW the total amount of documents responsive to its FOIA request. These shrink-wrapped boxes will stay in JW's office until such time as JW decides that it is worth its time to actually open them and see what is inside. That time will often never come. JW really doesn't care what the documents are because it is not actually interested in discovery of information. JW has TONS of unopened boxes in its office.

Even if it opened the boxes, Judicial Watch does not have the manpower or expertise to make sense of what the e-mails or other documents represent.

Is it fair to say that the Bush administration, with its vast and mighty resources, is not interested in the discovery of information either and "really doesn't care"?

Since I have no personal knowledge of what goes on in the Bush administration, I don't feel qualified to answer your question. My personal belief, unemcumbered by any personal knowledge, is that they are concerned, but that they have a set of priorities which I might not share.

We need an investigation done by those outside of the government, such as Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch is not the answer. These are CRIMINAL matters and whoever does the investigation needs the full force of the government to support that investigation. That is the only way we will get to the truth. NO EXCUSES. We MUST expect more of OUR PARTY, otherwise we might as well admit that we only have a ONE PARTY system.

"You dont actually believe that Bush is going to do anything about it, do you?"

Not if history reflects the future.

Am I wrong?

Yes you are, Klayman has pursued this on behalf of Sheryl Hall, his client, who was one of those threatened with all sorts of nastiness by clinton cronies if they revealed the cover up of hiding these emails. Judge Lamberth insisted on their recovery.

The DOJ is doing excactly what Janet Ashcroft is supposed to have it do. Faith in the system. ha ha.

But will the emails become public record? Didn't this article say that they haven't even been examined yet?

"Let's see, this means that something to obsess the media will happen and the building that is housing these papers will 'have a fire destroying some documents, although it's not understood at this time what they are', will happen"

Looks like a job for the Clinton LIEbrary. I'm betting that a lot of possible "evidence" will end up in that building, to be preserved for history of course, and that a mysterious and destructive fire will unfortunately destroy all those pieces of evidence valueable documents and the Clintons, as always, will be deeply saddened by the arson loss.

Any incriminating e-mail will be part of renewed Judicial Watch efforts to put the Clintons in jail....

I'm going to just keep repeating this over and over and maybe, just maybe it might come true.

Thanks for the ping ChaseR.

The criminality of the Clinton gang has been so widespread and so deep that I believe that there will eventually be hundreds of convictions for perjury and obstruction of justice.

you're very optomistic. imo, like the original whitewater, the statutes will run before anything of consequence comes out of this.
