This cannot be allowed to stand. It is an affront to the senses, to the memory of those victims of the dastardly attack and to the heores who lost their lives trying to help them ... not to mention to the actions of those couragous firefighters who actually raised the flag that day.
Please read, sign and then pass on to everyone you know. We need hundreds of thousands of signatures quickly top tuen this around.

Thanks for the ping, Jeff. And for circulating this petition. Signed, and commented:
Truth no longer matters to many of those in positions to create such a memorial. They view such a meaningful act (as the spontaneous raising of the American flag over the rubble that was the Twin Towers) simply as an opportunity to cram their 'celebrate diversity' agenda down our throats. If those who raised the flag on that fateful day were indeed minorities, then by all means depict them as such. If they were not, then don't degrade those whose patriotic, inspiring actions you are (supposedly) attempting to honor by removing them from the re-enactment, and substituting politically correct 'doubles.' American History (either that of two hundred plus years ago, or that of four months ago) must not be revised by sacrificing it on the altar of political correctness.
