www.no-ip.com I have not used this service, but a co-worker uses it. He claims that it is free, but is a bit slow because it allows you to use your local drive to store pics. I think that you need a cable modem or DSL.

I don't want to sound like an idiot (too late) But I was wondering how do you post a picture on FR? I know when you type it in you have to link it to where you have the picture, but does the picture need to be named something so it can be posted?
