I heard Mr. Caruba on The Larry Elder Show here in Los Angeles a couple of months ago.

What about all that land just south of exit 11 on the Turnpike?? There's plenty of room to put a statehouse there and even a parking lot so if they had to come from Teaneck or Bayonne they wouldn't have a problem! ;-)
