Never forget the Ron Brown Crash [Repost]
Alan Keyes Show, Americas Voice, Pittsburg Tribune Review, newsmax.com | Arthur Wildfire March

For those who never heard of it, let me tell you a story... a true story. And this story, my friend, could ultimately doom our republic in the long term. [Please pardon any errors. This is from memory.]

There was a lady named Kathleen Janowski. She was a career soldier, a forensics specialist in the Air Force. And she had a highly successful 22 year career. Something happened that completely changed her life. She was ordered to participate in looking over a cabinet member's body. So naturally, being that he was a cabinet member of the US presidency, and he died an untimely death, Janowski took this matter very seriously. He was Ron Brown, Secretary of Commerce. His body was found in a plane crash. Everyone assumed that he died from the crash. But any green, wet-behind-the-ears forensics specialist will tell you, don't be led by assumptions.

She was puzzled. Everyone was in a big rush. Everyone was talking in hushed tones. She noticed something at the top of Brown's head. She said, "Hey, this looks like a bullet hole." It was very odd for a wound from a plane crash, a perfectly round hole appearing to be the width of a 45 calabre or 9 milimeter bullet. People told her to be quiet. She studied the x-rays. They showed what could be a "lead snowstorm" in his head [possibly fragments of a bullet that had shattered inside his brain].

Suspicious of the way everyone was acting, Janowski decided to take her own personal photos of the head wound and the x-rays. Just as she suspected, there was no autopsy, the x-rays disappeared, and even the x-ray machine was destroyed. Also strange, another body was cremated against the wishes of the family, the result of some 'beaurocratic snafoo.' It was a scary time for Janowski. She had these photographs, and some funny things were happening around the death of a cabinet member. She was in the middle of something big and ugly. And she had those photos.

Next let us turn to Lt. Col. Stephen Cogswell. He, too, had a long and sucessful career in forensics. In fact, he was so esteemed in his abilities that he TRAINED FBI AGENTS in forensics. He was told to go to a plane crash site in Croatia and find out what caused a cabinet member to get a perfectly round hole in the top of his head. Being in the area, he undoubtedly heard about an air traffic controller. The Croatian air traffic controller who was in charge of the nearby airfield reportedly shot himself with a shotgun a few weeks after the crash. The reason for the reported suicide was over the loss of a girl friend.

Cogswell was having trouble with this assignment. The plane had been going at low speed when it crashed. For a hole to be that round, something would have to hit the head at a very high speed. Repeatedly, he told his military superiors that wreckage could not cause the head wound. They would not accept that as an answer. And they grew very impatient with him. It had to be from the wreckage, they said. And hurry up with finding that piece of wreckage. He was simply unable to do it. It was like trying to put a square peg in a round hole. It seemed insane to keep trying.

Someone dropped by to visit him. It was Kathleen Janowski. She handed him some very interesting photographs. It brought up a very disturbing possibility. A White House cabinet member might have been shot. And the military was blocking any serious investigation into that possibility.

In a very dramatic way, Cogswell used those photographs in his training session with FBI agents. "This is what not to do. When you see a hole like this, you must perform an autopsy." God only knows how many liberal reporters were tipped off about those photographs, but it was kept quiet for a long time. Then finally, one agent got smart and tipped off the right journalist, Chris Ruddy. Ruddy got copies of those photos, went on cable television with those photos, and even posted those photos on the internet. And yet, major news broadcasts deliberately ignore it.

Two other whistle blowers, forensics specialists Col. David Hause and Major Thomas Parsons, stepped forward publicly about this. The military misquoted them to the Washington Post. Despite the four whistle blowers' objections, the Washington Post never retracted the deliberate misquote. And this is the official reason why the story was declared 'dead', based on lies. Even now, over 5 years later, the whistle blowers step forward to make it clear they were misquoted. Many talk radio listeners heard these whistle blowers with their own ears. But the story is still dead because the Washington Post and the miltary say its dead.

And one should not be surprised to hear that the military outed those whistle blowers. They first tried threats. Janowski was threatened with the death penalty. But that failed. So then the military began to discipline them over speeding in parking lots, for failing to have a cooperative attitude, etc. Their careers are over. But they stood firmly behind their words.

THE DANGER TO OUR REPUBLIC

Rome fell when the military was used as a political tool of ambitious leaders. Ultimately, civil wars resulted from political disputes. The senate of Rome concluded that to avoid future civil wars, and also to prevent their own assassinations, they must elect the military head as being Emperor [first known as 'impurator', which means head of military], and to simply let him have his way in ruling Rome as a permanent dictator.

The word is getting out in the military that it doesn't matter if a high level politician is killed, you best follow orders. This is a dangerous message. Such orders are highly unlawful. It will take a long time, but if no one is ever punished for destroying the careers of these four whistle blowers, then we are slowly grinding down the same path as Rome. 35 PEOPLE DIED ON THAT PLANE. And the military is covering up a serious investigation of the crash.

WHAT WE CAN DO.

It's very easy. All you have to do is try to find two people this month to help spread the word about this coverup. Don't say that Brown was shot. Just say that Brown should have an autopsy and the people who wrecked those whistle blowers' careers must be court martialed.

Clinton's involement. Clinton is tangled up comepletely in this coverup. I mean it when I say, revealing this will expose what kind of person Clinton really is, and why so many people are so motivated to expose Clinton and his political party. He and his DNC flunkies are evil. No joke. The average DNC voter has no idea what he or she is supporting. When they find out, our nation is set free. If they never find out, shame on us. Very little effort is needed to expose this coverup by word of mouth.

when you seek to advise someone that there's no point in fighting for Truth, you become part of the problem.

I wasn't advising someone not to seek the truth. I spent the last eight years trying to get the word out about the crimes of the Clintons and their gang. And all it got me was ostracism from my large liberal family. By all means keep up the fight. All I was saying is that you shouldn't expect any help from Bush or Ashcroft, and certainly not from the Republican stiffs in the Senate. What I said, if you will reread my post, is that spreading the truth in geometric progression holds a lot more promise than depending on the Justice Dept. or the criminal media.

Want proof? Just notice which book is ranked #1 bestseller at Amazon.com:

Bias: A CBS Insider Exposes How the Media Distort the News by Bernard Goldberg.

This, IMO, says that there is a huge number of people out there who think that the media are a bunch of lying, narcissistic creeps. There is hope.

However, Janoski said in an interview (Ruddy?) that the incision was for embalming purposes. It seems unlikely they started to embalm her but then cremated her.

I also recall her saying this. So perhaps those report of her being cremated are wrong. Afterall, we have lots of people who believe Brown was cremated (when he wasn't) and I think that might be a deliberate bit of disinformation to again deter people from looking into this further. If she wasn't cremated, then so much the better. Her body might also be worth exhuming if it turns out that Brown's has a bullet wound.

What are the chances Brown's body is in pristine condition six feet under?

The only thing that matters is whether the skull and body still hold metal fragments, a slug and/or an exit wound. If a bullet when through the neck into the chest/abdomen, which might be likely given the position of the entrance wound (if that's what it is), then the slug might still be in that part of the body. In any case, there would be damage to bone and metal (in some form) would still be there even 6 years later. While it might be possible to add a bullet wound to a body, it would be neigh impossible to remove signs of one. Certainly good forensic pathologists would be able to detect any signs of tampering. And an important point is that the government said that his death wasn't due to a bullet. It can't now be blamed on a suicide. So if evidence of one is found it is going to be hard to spin. A number of folks at AFIP are going to be on the hot seat, starting with Gormley, Sentelle and Dickerson. What's the penalty for covering up a MASS MURDER?

Sorry, I should have been more direct about Brown's corpse. I meant maybe it wouldn't be there at all. By the time anyone gets around to exhuming, that particular game is over, anyway. The chance of finding grave robbers is pretty slim.

The sad news is that the Bush administration will continue in the cover-up.

He's a Republican, he'll eventually get to the bottom of things, maybe shrink the federal government and abolish the IRS while he's at it.

LOL.........

Seriously, the thing that got me was his laughing at Brown's funeral.

Clinton was easily one of the most corrupt and sinister leaders in world history, he's right up there with the likes of Hitler, Stalin, and Idi Amin.....

I meant maybe it wouldn't be there at all.

How will we know unless we try to exhume it? And if it is missing, wouldn't THAT, along with all the other facts, be enough to put certain people at AFIP under oath? Let's find out who SPECIFICALLY gave the order that there be no autopsy. Let's find out what happened to the missing x-rays. Let's find out who Sockowitz identified as the second survivor. And a missing body would be a huge scandal in and of itself, considering where he was buried.

I spent the last eight years trying to get the word out about the crimes of the Clintons and their gang. And all it got me was ostracism from my large liberal family.

God bless you for what you did. And it was not for nothing. I nearly lost my house fighting the good fight. I threw away and tossed on the backburner some pretty neat business ideas. And I have many other financial related problems as a result. But I do not regret all the repercussions one bit. Why?

Imagine if the Freepers had vanished early on and no one on the internet fought the good fight. I don't know about you, but it sure as heck is a scary thought to me. If it weren't for the Free Republic, right now, I could envision the following....

.... we would have voted ourselves under the authority of the World Criminal Court.

.... Clinton's Executive Orders would have been three times more bold.

.... The left wing media would be much stronger right now. Fow News would be near bottom. The internet would be nothing but a playhouse for people to play games or get porn.

....Matt Drudge would be thought of as a bum.

....Rush would have been sued by Reno for causing auto accidents.

....Everyone under the sun who openly opposed Clinton would have had IRS audits.

.... The arkancides would have been far more numerous.

.....Tainted prison blood would have been sold massively here in the US.

....The Supreme Court would have been rolled on letting Gore win the White House, even if it meant one of the justices getting killed.

....And there would have been a phoney Y2K crisis so Clinton could call for martial law.

I know this all might sound far fetched, but based on my research of Clinton, that's about what I would expect.

Now, on the other side of the coin, I am very pleased to have all those history books about Clinton becoming best sellers. And, the DNC has kissed and hugged him so much they tied him to their leg like a giant anchor. Now that pardon gate makes it indisputable that he's a sleeze, all the other scandals are becoming increasingly credible.

The delay in justice is leading to a new and deeper political revolution. Please take heart. And I predict that your family will see their folly. It might take a few years, but Truth is a hard thing to keep buried forever, especially in modern America. Freegards....

I was not well informed at all during the Brown Crash. But it struck me as very odd that Brown's widow gave Clinton such a hard time. She told reporters that she didn't want Clinton there. When Clinton told her that he was going to see her, she wasn't at her house when he arrived. She really acted strangely. And that is when I started listening to my mother's claims about body counts.

Clarification, Brown's widow told reporters that she didn't want Clinton at the funeral. That might have been a first in US history, or at least the only time a president was uninvited from a funeral in the 20th century. But he went anyway. Not sure if he ever wrangled an official invitation from her, though.

I don't remember how many women were on the plane but one of them was from Eureka CA. You might search the times-standard.com. I know there was something strange and I think it was the fact she didn't die in the crash.

Thanks for the ping Arthur.
I remember I first started posting here roughly around the time frame that this Ron Brown mystery started seeing light - a few years ago...I said it then, and I'll repeat it again - just when this event started getting traction (never page one of the local papers - but some comments getting printed), we had the great Lewinsky. I'll always wonder if Ms. Reno and team allowed the 'investigation' to proceed under the belief that it would bury the Ron Brown controversy. What they didn't count on was the blue dress and that the Monica fluff would lead to an impeachment . Still, a 0.45 caliber hole in Ron Brown's head, a couple of lead military doctors forced to shut-up ... very strange...But of course, from the gang that brought us Vince Foster's 'suicide' (without his fingerprints on the gun; no car keys in his pocket -- until 'fat boy' incredibly found them when he personally checked Foster's pockets in the coroner's office), I guess this was par for the course...

Whoa, what's your objection about no fingerprints on Foster's gun? Starr explained that it was because he carried it in an oven mitt.

I nearly lost my house fighting the good fight...And I have many other financial related problems as a result.

I don't doubt that a lot of Freepers and others have suffered financially because of the time and attention devoted to keeping Clinton from running our country into the ground just like those hijacked planes. I know I have. But I don't regret it either.

Imagine if the Freepers had vanished early on and no one on the internet fought the good fight. I don't know about you, but it sure as heck is a scary thought to me. Doesn't sound far-fetched at all. You never know how even the smallest thing can make a difference...a word spoken with courage, a phone call to a beleaguered congressman, one person standing on a corner with a poster...And all of those individual acts, added together can make a huge difference. Thanks for the interesting reply. And Merry Christmas!

It's like that movie, "It's a Wonderful Life." We might not think we are doing much. But when you look back at our combined effort, it's the Battle of Concord. Each individual might not see the big picture, but we are out there with our cyber-muskets, shooting, ducking, and running. Lo and behold, liberals are losing their grip. Sure they have strongholds propped up by the past. But we are chipping away at all of them.

God bless you for all you did. Hope you had a merry Christmas.

Report from Washington

A summary of a telephone conference with Chief Petty Officer Kathleen Janoski USN conducted by a group of concerned citizens.

On Wednesday, October 28, 1998, a group of citizens from various parts of the country talked with Kathleen Janoski. CPO Janoski was the Chief of the Forensic Photography Division at the Office of the Armed Forces Medical Examiner in the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (“AFIP”) and is a 22-year veteran of the Navy. The subject of the discussion was the hole in Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown’s skull that looked like a bullet hole.

Background

On April 3, 1996, while transporting Mr. Brown and 34 others, an Air Force CT-43 executive transport crashed near Dubrovnik, Croatia. Thirty three of the bodies, including Ron Brown’s, were flown to Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, where they were examined by AFIP personnel. At the time of the crash, Mr. Brown was under investigation by the Office of Independent Counsel (Mr. Daniel Pearson was the Special Prosecutor) and was under subpoena to produce documents concerning the sale of seats on trade missions in a civil law suit by Judicial Watch. The official determination of the cause of Mr. Brown’s death was blunt force trauma.

On November 24, 1997, shortly after the Air Force released a voluminous report of its investigation of the crash, an article concerning the report was published in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. On December 3, another article included statements by one of the pathologists on the AFIP team, Lt. Colonel Steven Cogswell (USAF) that there was a perfectly round hole, inward-beveled, in Mr. Brown’s skull that looked like a bullet hole. However, no autopsy was performed.

On December 5, Cogswell was put under a gag order. At about that time, he was escorted to his home by military police who seized all case materials on the Brown case.

On December 9, Lt. Colonel David Hause (U.S. Army) another AFIP pathologist and a leading expert on gun shot wounds, confirmed Cogswell’s statements. The gag order was broadened to include all AFIP personnel.

On January 8, 1998, the Department of Justice reported that it had looked into the matter and saw no reason to launch an investigation. No one from DOJ talked to Cogswell or Hause.

On January 9, the Washington Post reported that the AFIP had convened a review panel of all its pathologists that had unanimously concluded that Brown died of blunt force trauma and that the hole was not a gunshot wound. But Cogswell says he refused to participate in the review and that the only pathologists with expertise in bullet wounds dissented (i.e. himself, Hause & Major Thomas Parsons of the USAF).

Shortly after the Post article, Major Parsons came forth to indicate his dissent to the so-called “unanimous” board conclusion.

On January 13, a fourth member of the AFIP team, Chief Petty Officer Janoski, came forth to confirm the account of the skull hole. She further indicated that she had been told by Jeanmarie Sentelle, a Special Agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, that x-rays of Brown’s skull had been destroyed after the “lead snowstorm” was discovered. According to Sentelle, a “lead snowstorm” on x-rays is caused by bullet fragments when a bullet disintegrates upon impact.

Also on January 13, Cogswell, Parsons, Janoski and Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch met with Congressman John Conyers, a member of the Congressional Black Caucus. The Caucus is composed of 30 Congressmen, all Democrats. The Caucus called for a Congressional investigation and was supported by the NAACP, the Nation of Islam and Dick Gregory.

On February 12, a Petition to Order Continuation of the Independent Counsel’s Investigation into Matters Related to Former Secretary of Commerce Ronald H. Brown was filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The NAACP and Dick Gregory filed documents in support of the petition. Apparently the court declined to decide the matter and referred it to Mr. Pearson for action. Apparently no action has been taken.

Although the mainstream media was eerily silent about most of the developments outlined here, Black Entertainment Television and Christian Broadcasting Network and a few others provided some coverage. Talk radio has provided coverage of the matter. Unfortunately most people know nothing about the hole in the skull.

A collection of articles appears at:

http://www.newsmax.com/articles/?a=1999/1/31/173313

The Account of CPO Kathleen Janoski

Janoski’s duties included photographing the bodies from head to toe. Beginning at the head of Ron Brown, she saw a perfectly round hole in his skull. She said something to the effect “Wow. That looks like a bullet hole.” She immediately was “shushed” by Colonel William Gormley, the AFIP pathologist examining Brown’s body. She repeated her statement and was again “shushed.” Hearing her comment, others in the room came to Brown’s body and looked at the hole. The hole was viewed by Hause, Gormley, Commander Edward Kilbane (USN) – all pathologists – and Lt. Colonel Craig Mallak who was doing his residency in pathology. There may have been other personnel in the room who saw the hole as well. Janoski’s photo of the apparent bullet hole can be viewed on the internet at:

http://www.newsmax.com/rbrown/photos.shtml

On the light box at the morgue were x-rays of Brown’s skull which were photographed by Janoski. Ironically, her purpose in photographing the x-rays was to test the light meter in her camera rather than record evidence. The photos of the x-rays became critically important when the x-rays apparently disappeared. The Brown files contain 15 x-rays of other parts of the body and the file cover indicates that there are 15 x-rays, indicating that the file is intended to support the conclusion that no skull x-rays were taken.

While photographing Brown’s body, Janoski was urged to hurry by Bob Veasey, AFIP investigator working with Colonel William Gormley, referring to “White House pressure.”

On the Friday following the crash but before the bodies had arrived at Dover Air Force Base, Kilbane, the team leader, attended a meeting at the West wing of the White House (where the Oval Office is located). On Saturday, a memorial service was held for Brown. President Clinton spoke. On Sunday (Easter) the bodies were examined by the AFIP team.

Cogswell did not view the hole in the skull as he was dispatched to the crash site in Croatia soon after the bodies arrived at Dover. While in Croatia, he was called by Gormley who asked that he check the wreckage to see what might have caused the hole that he described to Cogswell. Cogswell responded to Gormley that, as described, it sounded like a bullet hole. Cogswell checked the wreckage and photos were taken of objects that might have caused such an injury but nothing was found that could have been the cause of the hole. Gormley’s call to Cogswell came after Brown’s body had been embalmed and released for burial.

Gormley initially stated that the wound was not a bullet hole because it did not penetrate the skull and because the brain was not visible. Later he reversed himself saying that the skull was penetrated and that Brown’s brain was visible. He also confessed that no autopsy was ever requested “[b] ased on discussions at the highest level from in Commerce, at the Joint [Chief of Staff] and the [Department of Defense], the White House …”

Summary

Although it seems clear that there is a perfectly round, inward beveled hole measuring .45 inches in Ron Brown’s skull and that no autopsy was performed, the media has failed to inform the American people about this matter. From pictures of skull x-rays, it appears that that there may be metal fragments in the skull. Apparently the x-rays have been destroyed and official records now indicate that there never were any. Colonel Gormley indicated that the decision not to have an autopsy was made with participation by the White House. It is important that as many people as possible see this report.
