Yes, it's true. Abortionist's do perform abortions on women who are not pregnant. When the test is negative they will tell the woman that she is pregnant when she is not, perform an abortion and charge her for an abortion. I doesn't happen a lot but it does happen. Just think of the women who are guilt-striken for years afterwards when they weren't even pregnant.
