Face it. Somebody else will have to do the heavy lifting while you park cars.
Same as it ever was.

You are free to be a sniveling coward. You are not free to tell me when and where I or anyone else may carry their means of self defense.
I really can care less for your own personal safety. Nor do I care when or whether the goverment locks you up for violating the law (although I doubt you have to balls to do any of these anti establishment things you profess to support here on FR) but for the rest of society I would like to see everyone with the legal right to CCW. Right now they dont. So I advocate to those so motivated that they work their state legislatures to give them this legal right. Is that so hard to understand?
To: VA Advogado
3/4 of the legislatures ratifed the 14th amendment 100 years BEFORE King came to power. Try again. And this fits into the picture how? Did this stop cities and municipalities from making unconstitutional laws which treated blacks as subhumans as did the Taney court?
No it didn't. The 14th amendment didn't mean crap. And those laws were only repealed when blacks in the south stood up to the tyrants and told them to take their laws and shove them. I know you'd like to think that blacks in the south grovelled in front of legislatures and said "please massah, may we use the good toilets and ride on the busses with the white folk, pretty please?"
But that aint the way it happened. They disobeyed.

How? It makes a mockery of your assine claim that such a law as that promoted by MLK would have been laughted out of the state's legislatures. The very fact that a constiutional amendment to that effect was passed by 3/4 of those very legislatures 100 years before MLK shows you have absolutely no understanding of any part of our country's history.

I really can care less for your own personal safety. I know. And that's why you are the last person on earth who should have any say in the matter regarding anyone elses self-defense other than your own.
I don't need your permission. Nor do I need the State of TX, or the United States, to approve my self-defense choices. I really do hope it bugs you. Never in a million years are the real 2nd amendment advocates going to stand for federal permission and registration. That is folly and insanity.

Well, in no certain terms, I fully agree about the judicial attribute of government being outside the grasp of voting fools, like you. Thank God.

Yet if the government takes away your gun, you would be all fine and dandy with it. It is trash like you that have led to America being like it is.

Now, now now, everyone knows that the 2nd amendment is only referring to the military National Guard, not to the people.
That is the popular notion believed by so many as a fact, and repeated over and over by the socialists, opps, I mean Democrats.
Don't you know that the constitution is a "living, breathing document" subject to the interpretation of those who know what is best for us?
/sarcasm, of course)

Well lets see would likes the second amendment better. If you were in congress would you vote for a law that simply said "States are prohibited from enacting laws which prohibit how and where firearms may be carried"
To: Buckeroo
Post proof, damn it. You are such a stupid idiot. You masquerade as some supporter of the 2nd Amendment. You put up a fraud. I am sick of it.

Are you on acid? Where did I ever advocate or suggest that?
To: Libloather
A libertarian I almost always agree with them in peacetime in wartime I ussually don't liberty is good for society in peacetime in war( particualry one involving terrorism by people within the country) security is more important.

Post proof that the judiciary would not have the ability to take away any right it wished when a case pertaining to it came before it.

Yes it does. You are a stupid man. I think most here on FR would agree with that. But I can still debate your silly theories. When your stupidity interfers with your ability to either recall or acknowlege historical facts, it does indeed make a mockery of you and your claims.
