Activist Cash. com is a brand new web site that has data about who actually finances the left wing, so called non profits like Greenpeace or PETA. You might be surprised at who the financial backers are!

This is very timely! As we are in the Christmas Buying season or end of year buying for tax deductions for business deductions.

I will never buy another HP product after reading about which left wing anti American phoney non profits receive major financing from the Packard Foundation!

The link to this site, (Activist Cash. com, link)

There is a sister site which appears to be a great site. It has been operating for awhile and has great in sight to the Enviral Terrorists and the danger they present to normal Americans. I love the name of the site, Nanny Culture.com, link: (Nanny Culture.com link)

Those who know my posts about local do gooders in N. California might remember me calling these idiots local Nazi Nannies. Local Nazi Nannies want to tell us where to work, what jobs, where to live, what to drive or not drive, and how to live our entire life on earth as per their Nazi dreams! So Nanny Culture.com will become one of my favorites! http://www.activistcash.com/

That is so true. Just look at welfare. The more you have dependant on welfare, the more they will perceive you are doing a 'good' deed, while never really solving the problem of independance. And generating lot's of voters because you 'care'. They don't care about the people, only their own agendas. It's a visious cycle the liberals want to keep and we have to keep fighting!

You said that quite well. On that link, the original founder, Lightner, quit the organization stating the intent of MADD has strayed from the original goal. It is now another, anti-fillintheblank liberal organization whose main goal is to reduce our freedoms by legislating them piece by piece.

Re agendas of the non profits and their chasing of $'s for personal reason!

About ten years ago we had devastating floods in our city and county. The Bishops across the country had their priest announce the problem and to ask their church members to send contributions directly to our church.

The response was incredible. I was Senior Warden at the time. We had only a couple of members who had flood problems. We used the money to help them. Then, we authorized our priest to use his descretionary account up to $500 per family to help families. He and I would review each case by phone and agree to help or not. Bigger requests were investigated by some people who had skills to confirm if there was a need and no overlap with other charities. The vestry then took a phone vote to approve or not approve each case. We were quick and got money to those with true needs. We found a couple of frauds and refused money. There was no foundation, no waste of money! Every dollar given to our church by others for flood relief was spent on the victims and not a penney for admin costs!

Flash forward a few years and there were more floods and even worse. Again the response from other churches across the country and even world was great. I was not on the vestry and was out of the loop. My wife came on the vestry and discovered that the volunteer secretary, a church member, had submitted a proposal to become a full time positions and full time paid executive secretary to handle situations like this. Her proposed salary with benefits would have been only below that of our priest.

This was shot down by the conservatives on the vestry when it was voted on with some strong campaigning by yours truly. The person who presented the proposal left our church and went to another and another until she got her dream job! She and her husband, another person who depends on his money from milking non profits never speak to me. So be it! It would have been a complete waste of money, and she would have found some needy cause to throw money at to keep her position!

Glad to clarify...but now my dog's looking askance at me for spilling the beans.

I've been telling him to join the Illuminati or CFR or something, but to no avail.

Why, thank you. If I weren't about to exit to fetch wife #2, who still can't drive due to surgery, I'd get into it a bit more.... suffice it to say that cars are extremely dangerous instruments in the hands of the careless, impaired, or distracted, and that they maim more than they kill- but we tolerate a lot of that in exchange for the freedom to move when & where we all want to....

Never underestimate the tenacity of a "reformer" out to change either the world, or a person. Usually, either temperance or religion is the bludgeon of choice.

I don't know. There are a couple of feral cats in our neighborhood who have to be Taliban cats! They are really evil cats. One even kills other nice cats in the area! The really mean one, OBL, Feral Kitty, was eaten by a mountain lion this past summer!
