The meeting between Jesse Jackson and Toyota Motor Sales officials was the unveiling of Toyotas 21st Century Diversity Strategy. They made Jackson an offer he couldn't refuse: money.
Now he'll just want more.

Someone must have video of this. No one saw a damn thing, especially the media.
Move along, folks. Nothing to see here.

I have been on the red squad list by [Attorney General John] Ashcroft and others, theyre after us
Theyre using bin Laden as an excuse to come after us, we [U.S.] gave bin Laden 60 million, if were going to fight terrorists, we must also fight the Klan
Locking people out of economic opportunity is a form of economic terrorism, Jackson needs to know that being poor is sad, yet it does not allow the economic mutilation of the rich either, which is a blatant violation of rights. What else does he want? My kidney because of his poor health? Subversion of right is subversion of right. Whether it is by suicide airliners or by political movement and democracy, it is illegal to subvert my rights. What is it Jackson does not understand about rights not to be mutilated for sake of the poor? Jackson is a terrorist, he does the job of the terrorists in a political manner.

Repeating Booker T.(liking Jessie Lee, and others who deserve looking up to because they have figured out the 'truth' of America--
Booker T. Washington (1911): "There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs."
These unnamed persons wouldn't have earned the moniker - 'poverty pimps' now would they?

Jonathan Jackson attempted to block Rev. Peterson and a BOND representative as they moved through a walkway. Rev. Peterson made his way past the younger Jackson despite this. When Rev. Peterson and the BOND representative moved to exit the room, Jonathan Jackson and several other men crossed the room and Jackson shoved Rev. Peterson. This is confinement and assault against someone defending the rights of people. This is domestic terrorism. What the heck is going on? Where is the media?

I read this passage from a Dutch theologian Johannes Jacobus van der Leeuw (1893-1934) in a Christmas anthology last night, a fine reminder of the truth of Christ's message and life:
Christ, in the crystalline perfection of a life that knew no compromise, showed the way to the Kingdom and the fruits of attainment. It is as if He set out to make clear from the beginning what is essential and what non-essential. Privileges of birth, station, wealth or power He relinquished; efforts to dominate or convince those around Him He never made; He allowed Himself to be taken, insulted, humiliated, killed to show that all this could not bar the way to Victory. Never again could any, failing to achieve, blame misfortune or surroundings. Christ in His life took these weak excuses from us, by undergoing all we can undergo and worse....
Then the good
Reverend may want to re-study the 10 Commandments, and the meaning of "Thou shalt not steal...Covet...Bear false witness...."

The Repudiation is ALWAYS on MLK Day!!
The location is TBA, for the moment.
I gather that NO recording devices at all were permitted inside this board meeting! (Furtiveness In The Name Of Justice? Pfffft!) Any recording that may have been gotten will be of the "underground" variety. (And let's hope someone's got something!)

Thugs and goons, if you ask me! Reminds me a little of Don & Terry Adams ordeal at the hands of clinton-worshipping union thugs. We do not need this kind of behaviour!

I get the distinct impression that media was not invited to this one.
Rainbow/SHOVE is not interested in media coverage when they cannot control the response of attendees. Unless the audience is 100% bona-fide Jesse Jackson boot-lickers...forget the media being invited.

Sorry I am late on this one Freepers and I just spoke with Sean Hannity and it is my hope that Rev. Peterson will be on TV this evening to explain what took place at this meeting.

A closed meeting ensures that dissenters will get attacked without witnesses...and Jesse Jackson can go on with the charade of being the peace-loving King Of Diversity!!

I hope so too, TBM!!!
Let Rev. Peterson unveil what happened...and we'll see if Jesse Jackson wishes to refute, or if we'll get a "no comment" from him.

Thanks. I just spoke with a rep, she listened at length (I kept a cool head) and she asked if I would like someone to contact me. She also explained that about 3/4 of the money allocated had been spent for diversity programs within Toyota before Jackson was given credit for anything. Too bad they didn't see fit to take credit on their own.
